Love Service Titan

We've been using Service Titan since 2021 and absolutely love it! We've always received excellent support and communication. It is not the cheapest option on the market, but it's definitely worth the price, our business would not be where it is without the help of Service Titan. Our success manager Tess is amazing... always helps with questions and issues and makes sure we're always up to date!

Embrace the process!

We started with ST in 2017 and have grown from 5 to 20 plus team members in a rural area < 25k population. It has certainly been challenging to learn and implement, but worth the effort and the journey! We now serve two rural areas, and a third larger metro area we are growing in. Definetly a marathon, not the proverbial sprint... and it is a team effort- both yours and ST.
I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

Overall it was a terrible experience

Overall it was a terrible experience. Over promises and under delivering. The software is clunky at best the price is outrageous and the customer service gave up. Definitely an old overpriced software.

Platform for the trades

ServiceTitan has proven to be the leading software platform for the trades, especially for large companies like ours with many locations across multiple states. In recent years, the platform has gained a massive following and rapidly growing user base, with many of our peers, friends, and competitors already using it or actively planning to make the switch. We have been on ServiceTitan for quite some time, and it is impressive to watch how quickly the platform continues to evolve and introduce new features that meet the changing needs of the industry. Their Customer Success Managers are essential in ensuring workflows and business needs are fully supported. A special shoutout to our CSM, Katie, who consistently provides outstanding support.

ServiceTitan Experience - the CSM matters

The experience with ST is very much dependent on an experienced CSM which we have in Matthew Avalos! I have been a user/manager of Service Titan for almost 10 years, have converted, added Tenants, worked with all support areas (Finance, Pros, Pricebook) of ST. Matt is the one person I can rely on to keep it moving when we run into obstacles. Service Titan is reliable, constantly being updated and/or upgraded and very little to no down time. Reporting could be improved, the M&A support team needs much improvement. The one item that needs to be looked into is the "updates"; there needs to be more testing as there has not been but one or two updates over the years that hasn't caused critical issues/problems and have take more time to correct then expected. However, I have experience in many of ST's competitors and ST is the best by far! The experience date allowed to pick one, this is my overall experience since Matt has been our CSM

ServiceTitan has been a game-changer

ServiceTitan has been a game-changer for our business. The platform is incredibly powerful and well thought out, from scheduling and dispatch to invoicing, reporting, and customer communication. Everything is streamlined in one place, which has saved us time, reduced errors, and improved our overall efficiency. The reporting and analytics alone are worth it—they give real visibility into performance and help us make smarter decisions. On top of that, their onboarding resources are excellent. ServiceTitan continues to evolve and add features that actually matter. Highly recommend it to any service-based business looking to scale and operate more professionally.

Stay Away from Service Titan

Whatever you do, do not consider Service Titan as a platform. They got money behind them to make false claims, get you to sign a contract and then offer you “work arounds” for any serious problem you’ve brought to them.

Their answer to anything is, “Make a post on our group forum, and if it gets enough upvotes by the community, the designers will *consider* implementing a change”.

Worst company I’ve ever worked with and I regret ever doing business with them. “Account Success Managers” are unreachable, unprofessional, ignore emails and you’re lucky if you get a response at all.

You’re better off throwing your money down a well.

A Trojan Horse...Don't Get Surprised

Service Titan was a complete disappointment from the time it took us to get onboarded to the lack of true customization, to the fees incurred on invoiced jobs. We found a MUCH better partner in Eano with a much nimbler and a more responsive executive and development team. When we decided to move from Service Titan to Eano, we had questions regarding some bank charges that have gone unanswered for almost a month. Enough said.

Outstanding Support

I really appreciate how professional and supportive the ServiceTitan customer success managers are. They’re always polite, helpful, and easy to talk to. The same goes for the product pro specialists and the support team. You always expect good service when working with a company, but it’s genuinely nice to see that this level of care is consistent across the entire team.

Amazing Service by Andre

Andre at ServiceTitan is absolutely amazing! He’s always so helpful, patient, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. No matter what I reach out about, he takes the time to really listen, explain things clearly, and make sure everything gets taken care of the right way. You can tell he truly cares about helping people and wants to make sure the experience is a good one every time.

I always appreciate his positive attitude and how easy he makes it to get things done — even when something’s complicated, he makes it feel simple. It’s refreshing to work with someone so dependable and kind. Andre is a perfect example of what great customer service looks like!

Great service always

Jason T always helps us when we address issues we have with service titan. He's very patient and knowledgeable. He also returns emails on a timely matter. Very happy and pleased with him.
