Beware, reconsider
Honestly one of the worst programs we have ever used.. they claim to be a partnership to help your company grow.. but they lack in customer service, integration and when you try to leave they try and extort you.. we grew our company from a start up to 7.5m with a basic program that cost a fraction of the price.. dont let them bs you.. when you take on the program, understand that you need to hire skilled person with a PhD in accounting and advertising along with sales and service experience.. and they want access to everything! Bank accounts, merchant services, financing programs, you name it.. dont get caught up in the 3 free months to integrate.. it takes waaay longer..

Not worth the time or the money
Not worth the time or the money. You will spend 2x or more time than they say to implement the program. we were at 2x the time with no end in sight. Our crews couldn't access things and we were no where near a go live date 9 weeks in.
I would NEVER recommend this product.

Imani is NEVER to busy for us.
Whenever we bring an issue to Imani its usually urgent (on our end) and she never ceases to amaze the levels and hoops she will jump through to get us turned the right direction. We consistently feel like we're spoiled and her only client which speaks volumes as I am sure her workload is large. She is the epitome of someone who gets things done. No stone left unturned.

We've been using the ServiceTitan platform for nearly three years now, and it has significantly transformed our operations, both internally and in the way we serve our customers. Having all our information centralized in one easily accessible and user-friendly system has been a game-changer.

Overall ServiceTitan is great but there are a few features that should be changed.
1- found the app is laggy while trying to select photos before uploading.
2- I can’t call customers from the app and instead have to copy and paste the number into my phone
3- font size is way to small (even drop down menus are so small and it’s hard to read)
4- can’t customise your settings to how you like it like changing date format or font size for better viewing
5- I’m in Australia and we use the day/month/year format I believe we should be able to change features to suit Australians better

ServiceTitan Charges Super Premium Monthly Cost. When you need support you are connected to a Customer Service Representatives that are Not From the United States. They Don’t Understand our Needs or Our Culture. It’s like talking to a robot. ServiceTitan if you are Charging American Dollars for your Services you Should Provide American Support = Support Personnel Located Inside The United States.
