The Best Success Manager!
My experience with our Success Manager, Sparks, Embers, etc. has been exceptional. Although AI, Chat, and non-human interaction works in a lot of ways, it it really great that we still have the human contact when needed. I have been on Service Titan for 10 years and have gone through many success managers; Our success manager Matthew Avalos is by far the best in all areas; communications, solutions, he listens, among other great qualities. I have to give a shout out too to Megan Montgomery (Senior Program Facilitator) - she has been a excellent resource and is extremely knowledgeable about the product and understands business.

The onboarding process was phenominal
The onboarding process was phenominal! Getting started migrating to ST from a long standing CRM seemed daunting. The way that the process was broken down into smaller tasks/goals really sets the user up for success. The online start up meetings were a fantastic way to stay on track. The help those meetings provided was priceless. Everytime I have encounted a problem, I was able to get it resolved within 24 hours using their numerous support options. Everyone has been thoroughly a dream to work with!

Service titan has been so helpful with our business, giving us much more insight into trends for parts and business. Generating automatically weekly reports for us to prepull stock for our field technicians to get them back into the field more quickly. Better membership agreement visibility.

Runs well 99% of the time
Runs well 99% of the time. It is very streamline. If there is ever any issues an email will usually be sent out and a fix will be there shortly after. The help center is very quick to respond and help. Any time suggestions are made to make the software run better it is actually taken under consideration and not ignored.

Service Titan is never satisfied with good and is always pushing the envelope to become smarter and more efficient for it's users. Our CSM Dale is Fantastic and the online support teams are doing a great job for us too.

They withdrew money out of our account for two months for a service they didn't activate. I'm still trying to have the issue resolved.
In addition, the onboarding is not company specific or personalized. Be prepared to hear 'check the training database'.
Once the sale was made, we never heard from our salesmen again asking how the process was going.
Please do your research before purchasing this product. There are better options out there.
Companies like this are the ones that deserve to fail.

There were multiple issues from the beginning of the onboarding process. Reached out once a week with issues that were never resolved. We signed a contract for 1 year. Requested to cancel after a year, and was told we could not cancel...that the contract auto renews if you don't cancel before the year end. We were given promises by the sales person that the program would do things that it did not do. We were having trouble using the system, techs had issues and we requested to have someone come out and help us figure it out...was told that was not an option. I would not recommend for any small business!

I have never written a bad review 1st one ever.
We were intereseted in using Service Titan. I had my Service manager & office manager look into it.
I have never dealt with a company that has treated its customers as they have treated us. We were legitimately interested in using their services. So glad that we have found out early on what kind of people they are now. My Service Manager was coerced into electronically signing my name to their contract by thier sales staff. I was not in the office that day. (at a dr. appointment) After getting the contract signed t
hey began taking money out of our account. Bare in mind we are not using there system yet. So 2,600+ dollars later we have nothing. I told them that the contract that they have was not signed by me an it is invalid. They told me that I would have to pay the eary termination fee of 6,000 dollars to get out of the contract. How do you hold a customer hostage to use something that doesn't work for them? We are an honest Company & will always go the extra mile to make our customers happy. Guess that is not in thier business model. It's too bad they couldn't have been gracious enough to realize that thier product just doesn't work for us. Maybe take that info to improve upon what you already have and make it better. Who knows, maybe in the future we could have done business together.
I have been advised by Service Titan to seek legal councel.

We are on our 2nd year of operating our business on Service Titan. It takes the first full year to completely adapt and get your processes flowing. We have had 5 specialized individuals really take us to the next level operating on Service Titan. We added two Pro Products the past year implementing them had a few bumps but we were able to get additional help on getting the most out of them. We look forward to continuing to work with our Customer Success Manager to keep up learning and grown to maximize it for our company!

***First Service Mechanical was using…
***First Service Mechanical was using Service Trade previous to our onboarding with Service Titan. We had a terrible on-boarding experience with Service Trade. After the initial 30 days we had almost no help with any questions or concerns. If we did have questions, the only contact was to text the tech chat box that responded by sending us an article to read. If the article was of no help, we had to find our own work around. We had to do all of the troubleshooting. It was extremely frustrating to not get answers to questions.
I am delighted to report that we have had the exact opposite experience with Service Titan! We love that we have had constant communication with our own support person in Service Titan from the beginning of our onboarding. All of our success managers at Service Titan have been great! We have been working with Nick Lopiano for the last few months. We cannot say enough about Nick! He is outstanding! He is by far the best and most informative Service Titan success manager that we have worked with yet! We are extremely impressed by his dedication to making Service Titan a successful tool in managing our company.
FSM is a commercial HVAC company. Our workflow is not a typical Service Titan customer. Nick skillfully addresses all of our commercial HVAC concerns. Nick has thoroughly answered all of our questions and found answers to all our problems. If Nick does not know the answer when we meet with him, he promptly responds with an answer to his research by e-mail the following morning. He includes a “how to” video for easy explanation.
Nick has patiently stuck with us and given us so much time and attention. He has never rushed through our Zoom meetings. His knowledge of Service Titan has helped us understand the power of reports in Titan and better practices with helpful tools and tips. We are using Service Titan more effectively because of the support that we have found from Nick. If Nick cannot find an explanation for our questions, he brings Parker into our Zoom meetings as well. We are so grateful for being allowed to be heard and he patiently works so hard to find solutions for us to equip our team to successfully use the software. I am extremely impressed with Nick and working with him has really helped us grow professionally.
