Our rep is awesome, but his backup is horrible.
Our customer service rep is awesome...but the company's lack of concern for the accounting side is horrible. Your software is useless unless you have an accounting side to it. You need to devote more resources to the bridge between ST and QB. This bridge has been plagued with issues for the 3 years we have been on board....in fact in 3 years, I do not know what my bank balance is due to all the export failures.....we are contemplating other platforms because of the lack of help and the amount of issues we have with the exporting function...in fact my accountant is asking for more money from me, because of all the issues.

My success rep is extremely helpful. We meet approx every 2 weeks to dive deeper and make sure I understand all the functions I’m using now. The ServiceTitan support is the best I’ve ever seen.
