I purchased 10 Bone China Mugs as advertised and received 10 Mugs Made in China. 6 of the mugs broken in the box when I opened it , so in total I received 4 mugs and returned 6 which cost me €6 retur
Don't false advertise on you website. Mugs are advertised as Bone China , the ones I received are not bone China. They are made in China which is not the same. It cost me for the delivery and for the return.

Approached counter to ask about foundation. Assistant literally pointed to area of shop floor but never even offered help with choosing correct shade etc. Very unhelpful. The second assistant behind counter as I paid was more interested in checking her phone than customers.WILL NEVER SPEND HERE AGAIN.
