I just received my masks a few days ago, being in the beauty industry I see a lot of products and after seeing she vitality advert on Facebook I thought I’d give them ago!!

After my first mask I can already feel my skin feeling a lot more hydrated and revitalised!!

For around £20 it’s very good value for money, my package was slightly delayed but still got it within 10 days!

Overall I’m very happy and can’t wait to try the rest of my masks

I tried the collagen masks for the first time and honestly, my skin felt amazing right after using them, so soft, hydrated, and glowy! I’ve already subscribed to keep them coming because I can’t wait to see the long-term results. The quality and feel are next level. I’m seriously impressed and already planning to purchase their cellulite machine next…if it’s anything like the masks, I know it’s going to be so worth it!

I recently purchased my she vitality massager through Instagram, it took a little bit longer to come than i had hoped for but after seeing the reviews I ease really keen to try it…

I’ve been using this now for the last 2 weeks and I’m slowly now starting to see results, my skin is tightening and I’m jus overall feeling way more confident

The packaging was fairly sturdy but the instructions could be a bit more detailed.

As most people probably are. I was skeptical when I first saw the brand, but I recently purchased my first batch of Collagen face masks, it took about 9 days to arrive, which wasn’t too bad but I’ve tried a lot of brands over the years but these were definitely up there.

I kept them on for 1/.2 hours until the mask went clear and the difference I felt was sooo good!!

I will be aiming to do ½ per week at least and excited to see how the results will look in a month or two!!

Terrible purchase. I bought the entire package: the handpiece, cream and oil, and face masks. I wasn't satisfied with any of these products; after more than a month of use, I haven't seen any results.

I saw these masks advertised on instagram and at first wasn’t sure as it wasn’t a brand I was familiar with but thought I would give them a try. They are absolutely amazing. I have been using them regularly and there is a visible difference. I highly recommend and will definitely be using them from now on.

Delivery was efficient, the packaging was pretty. The product was easy to use, it was refreshing my skin was glowing after using the mask

I’ve been more and more impressed with she vitality since my purchase as it’s actually worked and I’ve used salon treatments before that haven’t come close , I definitely recommend already to everyone I speak to - Thank You !

“…glide the device over problem areas..”!! It's IMPOSSIBLE to glide it anywhere even on the lowest setting - I went over the brief instructions repeatedly and searched the packaging for more substantial advice, but a short paragraph was apparently all they assumed we needed! The sheer panic I felt, as it sucked my thigh skin with vice-like strength was superseded by terror when I discovered that turning it off does nothing to loosen its grip. The “release” button is only for a split second- not enough time to extract your flesh from the torture! I’m amazed that this even made it to mass production. This is a dangerous piece of equipment! However, I must commend the design engineers for creating a device that has such powerful suction but think as it stands, it would be better for industrial applications rather than a manual beauty device. I tried using various techniques to ensure I wasn’t misusing but couldn’t put my body through anymore than what seemed like a lot longer than about ten minutes. I saw/felt nothing that could be perceived as a massage function, the heat didn't rise above a mild warmth but if it did get to the suggested 40degree mark, I think that, combined with the inability to peel myself away, would potentially lead to a trip to the emergency room! Don’t waste your money. Regards, a fool. (Who’s money was easily parted)

After a few months of incorporating the brand into my routine, I'm a firm fan of the shevitality products and have been recommending the range to everyone I chat with who is feeling fed up with cellulite stretch marks and loose skin. I've tried dozens of new brands in my time however nothing has worked as well as
she vitality. In particular, The red light cupping therapy has really helped with reducing cellulite. The cupping and red light therapy has had a big impact on my skin, and have carved a place in my regular routine. This product is a must as I saw results in under 28 days if you haven’t purchased yours I suggest you do. Love this product and I would recommend 100%

I came across She Vitality a bit unsure of what to expect, but I’m really glad I gave it a go. After a few weeks I can see a noticeable improvement – my skin feels smoother and I feel much more confident in how it looks. The packaging was lovely and felt premium, though my order did arrive a couple of days later than expected. Customer service were quick to reply when I checked in, which reassured me. Overall, I’m impressed with both the product and the brand, and I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Claims it has been delivered but despite me having ring doorbell footage proving it hasn't they are refusing my refund and have told me they are not responsible for what the delivery drivers do. Diabolical customer service.

Awful, blandest of e mails promising to deliver my order which had apparently been 'lost in transit' refused refund at that point .7 days to deliver something now but I'm not holding out much hope. I really advise you not to even look at their ads .Complete scam ( bags)

Never received anything!! No reply to my emails nothing? £47 down the drain!! How are they running so many adverts?? It’s a scam!

I wouldn’t even rate this company 1 Star if that option was available to me.
I have sent email after email asking for a refund. The only reply’s I ever get is ‘be patient the package is on its way’ or ‘thank you for your patience’ or ‘give it a couple of days and your package will be with you’ - DISGUSTING
I have now given the company until this Monday 12th July 2025 to refund me in full before I open a case against them.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I've had nothing but trouble my order wasn't delivered it was returned to them , and since then which is 3 weeks I have been emailing for a refund and being totally ignored. I wouldctell anyone that the customer service is rubbish and you have no hope of getting your money back . DO NOT USE THEM.

Very disappointed – avoid!
I was really excited to try this product, but as soon as I used it, I knew it wasn’t for me. It caused bruising, pain, and skin irritation. I changed my mind and wanted to return it, but there were no instructions in the packaging. I emailed their team multiple times, but they just replied with how to use it instead of helping me return it. Still no return address or info. Very frustrating experience.
