Took ages to arrive and it's SO painful it is completely un-useable. I tried it on the lowest setting and my legs are red raw and will definitely bruise. Don't do this to yourselves! Embrace your cellulite! It's not worth the pain!

I’ve had mine for a while now, and finally got to use it , it was so painful I couldn’t stand it, I now have very bruised thighs. It was on the lowest level, I applied plenty of oils to help it glide along , wow very painful

I’m certain the reviews on not genuine. I have used the device a few times and it’s so painful, even in the lowest setting. Mandano milioni di e-mail con promozioni finte. Ho aderito ad una di queste e non mi sono stati inviati gli omaggi che dovevano essere inclusi e che risultano chiaramente anche nella conferma d’ordine. Nonostante le mie lamentele, dopo aver inizialmente promesso che avrebbero provveduto a risolvere quanto prima, hanno infine negato che i prodotti fossero dovuti, nonostante la LORO conferma d’ordine li riportasse chiaramente!

Beware of this company they are a Scam
I placed my order on March 11. It is now April 28th and I have not received my items. I reached out to the company several times through emails and the response has been due to a high demand the product was delayed and it didn’t clear customs however I can see that it has been in Fairfield NJ since March 20. I requested a refund or the product and have received neither.
I edited my review to include the following: after she vitality responded and said they would issue a refund or expedite my order to me as of today May 16,2025 I have not received my order or a refund!

I ordered my product March 10th it is now April 23rd and I have not received anything yet. When I send an email to check up on it I was first told they had a mix up in packages due to high volume of orders then I was told it was stuck in US customs. But the tracking shows it's been in New Jersey for weeks. Not sure what they have going on.
But don't waist your money next time I order I will order from a company in the US lesson learned. Poor customer service.

It’s been over a month and still no delivery
I placed an order on 3/10 and it was “in transit” in the same state that I live in for weeks. I finally reached out to the company on 3/30 and they said they would investigate the status of the order and get it shipped out to me. It is 4/17 and it still shows “in transit” in the same location and hasn’t actually been shipped. I reached out to the company again and just asked for a refund since I don’t have my order after over a month and have gotten no response.

I think this company is scamming people. I ordered weeks ago yet I still have not received my order. I’ve sent several emails and keep getting some automated message saying my package is on the way. The order number they provided for me to track has stated they are awaiting package in LA. I’ve requested a refund with no response. Will be disputing this charge with my bank

Awful service, looks like scam
I bought a bundle: the device, oils and mask. Nevertheless, after 3 weeks (instead of 5 days shown when I was making the order) only the device arrived. I contacted customer service and after 4 days they explained that "mask and oils can't be shipped to your country". Seriously? You found that out only when an unsatisfied client sent you an email? Didn't you know that when you were shipping? And yet - instead of at least warning me that buying a bundle is not an option (which I suspect is not even true - masks / oils do get delivered to me from another countries), they just took my money (full price) and sent an incomplete package.
I asked for refund (which is supposed to be "no questions asked") and they didn't even bother to reply. Ok, I filed a chargeback, won the case and bothered to write this review - and all because I felt cheated and disrespected. Let's hope there will be some changes made to the internal processes, info shown on the website and customer journey (even though I totally won't be coming back to see them).

I ordered on the 14th it’s now the 24th, usps just states awaiting package and it’s been in Jamaica, NY for over a week (supposedly awaiting package. This is where the label was created. Then it now says Fairfield, NJ, but also apps fly awaiting package. I have emailed Shevitalityshop after reading all the reviews and I can definitely say im worried this is a scam. My order number and tracking number says not found on their website. However, they responded only twice saying it’s on its way, then said 4 working days. But now upon researching who the shipper is Habit Parcel é business, this shipping company has been labeled a scam, never delivering, stealing packages, people wait a minimum wait of a month to two months, and there’s absolutely no way of tracking your item because usps never says received package. It’s always awaiting item. I had asked the company for a refund and told them I would contact my bank to reverse the charge and they never emailed me back. This was last week. I am genuinely concerned that this may be a scam. For those who actually received their packages in the US can you please share how long it took to arrive or be delivered? Reddit also posted about these issues.
