My partner has just had surgery which has caused her to have no bowel control, I tried a shops own product which leaked so decided to try a more expensive pack , tena, (large size) pants protect+ and to my surprise it works,we have got through about 50 pairs so far and not once have they leaked which has saved our mattress on more than 1 occasion, although the £15a time is costing us alot of money it has been money well spent 10out of10 product

What i wante but small came thought it was the desine because of what its for so tight. but hen spotted size was small sure i ordered ex large !!

I purchases a small package on 26/06/2026 to try.
Saw in the package with the promotion try me free - Submitted claim on 23/07/2026 matched of their terms & Conditions, it said will receive email within 7 days for this claim status.
Nothing arrive since, contacted them few times its been ignored.
Not sure is there customer team there or procedure handing with customer issue.

I am reviewing TENA LADIES ORGANIC PANTS. easy to order, arrived quickly. But why, oh why have the pants got EIGHT LABELS in the back. The pants are black, labels and stitching black. I have AMD, and of course, bad eyesight. Surely one lightly attached label would do. I cannot wear these pants with this massive lump of labels in the back. I may have to return them.

Tena completely fouled up the order. I ordered a pack of three pants all sized XL. I received one XL, and two S. The latter are useless to me and I have binned them following no offer of retribution when I contacted them. Unless a good offer is received I will never order Tena again. There are other suppliers in the Market Place. Furthermore, any of my age group piers will be informed when discussing. You have time to rectify. Supply of 2 X XL gratis will get you an order of 2 packs X 3 X XL. It’s up to you

After recent prostate surgery I needed something that was comfortable and not bulky. I saw an advert for your product which seemed to fit the bill and I have found them exactly what I need thank you

Nothing. They were really expensive for what you got and I’ve seen other comments saying the saying the same. One pair for £24 is too much. Three pairs maybe.

I am using the product regularly to have confidence that occasional leakages act as a prompt for bathroom visits and do not spread to wider bedding.
