I'd I have ordered previously from you three times but this time you seem to send them to the completely wrong address I don't know where you got the wrong address from as it definitely wasn't from me I emailed you straight away after receiving the confirmation email But you said it was too late to change the address

I received the size pants which your size guide recommended. Hover they're too small; far too small! It's an expensive joke; they can't be returned for refund or exchange for the next size up (which according to your guidelines, would on the face of it be far too big).

The garment is good quality and does the job it is supposed to do. The only issue I have is the label. On the larger sized garment, this is sewn under the waistband. However, the small sized one has the label sewn on the outer surface of the inside of the garment. This rubs against the skin and becomes very irritating and uncomfortable. I have bought 5 pairs of them recently and had to cut the full label off them.

You make what I needed. I am happy.

The fact is, we know how to hold our bladder but our muscles sometimes let us down. This is where the Tena underwear 'saves our bacon' and saves dignity. As it is cotton based, washable and biodegradable. This helps us accept our life imposed limitations without having to wear nappies!

They really work The only thing is that you only do black. I would like these in White.
