Having spent many years with Verizon and just becoming more and more irritated with their lies and fraud, it is like night and day difference when dealing with Silvercell. No lies, no fraud, just help making sure everything is working the way it is supposed to and no bloody hidden charges that take hours to explain, remove and get hidden back in later. HUGE difference.

I like the reasonable cost. When I needed help from customer service, they were very patient and pleasant when helping me.

Works good for us. One gig is plenty and the price is right.

I used Verizon for 20 years and switched to Boost Mobile which was much more affordable after I retired. Then a close friend recommended Silver cell Wireless. The switch was easy, I kept my own phone and number. I have unlimited service to suit my needs and my bill is $28.50 each month, which includes taxes. This is a tremendous savings over my previous carriers...I'm staying with Silver Cell forever. Customer Service is very polite and professional. I used them once when I upgraded from my initial plan that cost $10.00 a month.

The person who fixed my problems and was so patient with me was Lisa! She was excellent and got my phone straight and situated where now I can make calls! I’m so happy!!!

I love Silvercell Wireless. When I first came to them, my old carrier (consumer cellular) was nothing but problems. I was with Consumer Cellular for a number of years and one day out of the blue, no notification at all, they dropped me. No way to get ahold of them at all to find out why. No messages were accepted. I was at a lost until I contacted Silvercell Wireless. They are a GOD send. Since that time I haven’t looked back. They are the best phone service around. Great pricing, great customer service, staff is the best, and always, always someone I can contact. I would say this to anyone. "Do not hesitate to join them, you won’t be sorry."

Switched from Straight Talk to Silver Cell. Same coverage, costs less. Changing over was simple and quick. Highly recommended.
