Great service and quality for Seniors!!!
I got Silvercell Wireless as an alternative to the either Verizon or ATT or even T-Mobile. Cricket was constantly messing with their plans and for a couple of 80 year old people who barely want a flip phone, I can't see spending that kind of price to pay for essentially wasted bandwidth. Silvercell offered a great plan price and reasonably priced phones that my parents could handle and understand! Smart phones are not their thing and the bigger companies just couldn't get past that . Silvercell could and got me set up for them and into some great phones that fit their needs! I highly recommend for older seniors that just want a flip phone to call people with. Customer service and staff were top notch!

I've been with Silvercell for approx. 8 months and NEVER an issue or problem. The service is exactly the same as the 80 dollar a month service without breaking the bank. The customer service is quick and responsive the one time I needed them. The app is simple to understand and use.

Strange creepy beginning...
I had to request assistance from an agent because my order wouldn't process. was the msg & also Be sure I use an email that I check regularly was in red. We ran into a problem confirming your order. Don’t worry – our support team is here to help! Just chat with us and we’ll sort it out. I completed the order per service address, shipping address & billing addresses since the latter 2 are at a PO Box. Robin insisted I included my email address in the Street Address which didn't show on my screen at all then she said she corrected it all. It was the strangest & creepiest start I've had with a phone service so now I'm reconsidering while waiting for the kit.

Customer service people are very nice and easy to work with. Excellent service, no interruptions of service. Unlimited text and minutes 1GB of memory . all for $12.87 a month. I only use about 10% of my memory. Sure glad I changed from A T and T.

Everybody seems to be afraid to make a change to another cell phone company because you never know what you're going to get but let me tell you I switched to silver cell wireless and I would never go to anybody else. I have been with them for almost a year now. This service has been 100% perfect, customer service 100% perfect. I have no issues at all and I would highly recommend this cell phone company you will not regret it.

After many years of using big name cell companies I discovered Silvercell. I wasn't sure it was legitimate so I researched it. Indeed it is a great company that offers very affordable plans. The set up process was easy and the service is reliable. Customer service is great and the website is very easy to navigate. I am so happy I signed up.
