Sadly delivery experience very poor. Still awaiting delivery after being told numerous times on the phone that it would be delivered next day by 6.00. Also told it would be returned to sender. But apparently still in Fed Ex warehouse

Fantastic products, pricing and customer service.
I ordered a Camembert Baker as a gift for my niece. I was able to have it delivered to her in discreet packaging with a note from me and no details of the cost. I am so impressed with the quick and friendly response to my request. I will definitely be shopping again!

Excellent service. Promised next day and they delivered.
My delivery was cancelled by the company who were due to deliver.
I emailed Haus and they replied within 2 hours to advise me that they didn’t know why it had been cancelled by the delivery firm but promised my product would be delivered before 1800 the next day. The delivery was at my door before 9am. Excellent service
