The worst phone company ever, with the most rude customer service rep. On planet.earth. The often refer to hanging up when they have.trouble answering questions. They sent me a new sim card as they.are merging with Verizon. The.sim card wasn't working on my phone and.noone. could help. Later I was told to buy a sim card. I did and that did not solve the problem. I found out from my local phone.retailer that it is a constant problem with all former.simple mobile customers trying to make the.switch to Verizon. Noone warns you you may need a new device. My phone is relatively new and I didn't plan to buy a new one any soon.
Complete waste of money
Purchased this in New York to work with a Samsung A13. Tried to remove the silver foil to reveal the pin but the first 3 numbers rubbed off completely. Thought I would try to cycle through the 999 possible combinations to register the card but then their system wouldn’t recognise the 2 IEMI numbers in my Samsung phone so completely wasted $30. Useless.

The worst phone carrier ever I waited 3 weeks for a SIM card and didn’t receive it called back again for another one still didn’t receive that my phone won’t work without one I’ve lost service time that I paid for due to this also lost my job due to more working from my phone their customer service team didn’t care that I was a single parent lost my job all because they haven’t sent my SIM card to me I would never use their service again they don’t care about their customers.

I have been trying to buy phones from the website for two days. When I call I get transferred three or four times. I got disconnected twice. The website is just awful and the customer service is a joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Quite easily the worst cell company ever! I've worked with all major and some minor cell companies. I've never had a higher level of ignorance and difficulty than this one. Will not only never use them, but will actively discourage others.

This phone carrier should not be able to do business in the USA, they don't have not one professional customer service representative. I tired canceling my daughter's service for four months and they would not even of I was not in contact. The customer service representatives I spoke to told be I would not be able to talk to a supervisor every time I called.

WORST PEOPLE EVER
Call center is in Asia. Workers speak very poor English, and if you ask for a Supervisor you get an excuse and hung up on.
I got an email shipping confirmation for something I did not buy. The operator refused to tell me what card paid for it, how it happened or why. (JUST IGNORE IT HE SAID) I asked for a manager and was told he can't do that because they are trained to handle anything and hung up. I called back and asked for a supervisor, got and excuse and was immediately hung up on.

Simple Mobile is an outlaw operation that will not provide you with your Transfer Pin Number if you decide to get a different phone service and keeping your same phone number. These criminals went one step further and placed a filter on my new phone which prevented me from making calls to a landline. Congress needs to step in and stop these bandits who have the worst customer service that I've ever experienced.
Real poor customer service
Real poor customer service. Most don't speak English or understand it. I bought a phone from Walmart tried to activate it on the website. It keep coming back wrong SIM card. I then called there half ass customer service department. He tried it twice and said I bought the wrong SIM card. I told him lts the one that came with the phone. He then told me I was lying. I told him then they should send me one that will work in the phone at there cost. He then called me a liar again and said that this is not one of there phones. Good way to get rid of customers. I will never have any dealings with simply mobile -straight talk- or as far as that goes Verizon in the future. If that is the way they treat people they won't get me money.
