I bought a second hand SIP air compressor. It's now discontinued, and there is little information online about it, so I contacted SIP to see if they could help with diagnosing which should be the right regulator for the compressor and I also asked for a PDF of the manual as it also didn't exist on the internet. Rob at SIP came back to me very quickly with both the part number for the regulator (which I have duly purchased) and a PDF of the manual. Genuinely brilliant customer service, and nice to experience.

Request for a VINTAGE operating manual.
I requested a operating and safety manual for a VINTAGE 10 " table saw. Within minutes of my e-mail i got a response from a very helpful man called Rob, who was more than helpful, and dug deep into the SIP archives and e-mailed it to me within minutes. This level of service from SIP is commendable but sadly lacks with some other companies. This company deserves 5 STARS.

A truly helpful company
Bought 3 of the halogen units about a year ago, when I came to install them I found one of the elements was broken. I contact SIP asking to buy a new element and was pleased when they offered to send me a new one FOC.
SIP is a really helpful company to deal with their customer service is epic. I will definitely buy more products from them following the good service I have received

Good customer after care
It took a bit of time with email communication to decide that our approximately one and half year old battery jump starter pack was actually still under a two year warranty guarantee. Once this was confirmed our faulty unit was collected from site and further communication established it was beyond economical repair. A new unit was quickly sent out. The whole process turned out to be completely FOC. Thank you SIP for your support in and getting us up and running again.

We have investigated further and during that time, SIP Technical were in constant communication with you on our WhatsApp platform and email trying to assist and resolve.
After diagnosing, we replaced your unit FOC under our warranty scheme.

BRILLIANT SERVICE
I was very impressed with the help I received by your staff. Although the part I needed was for a Lathe you had ceased to manufacture a very long time ago your team did their very best to find a substitute. I am very grateful as the part was for a Lathe used in a workshop for a charity called HUTS. Your staff were not made aware of this. It means a lot as it means we will be able to continue using your lathe which has lasted so many years without fault. Testament to quality build.
