We have had these sheets for about 6 months now. My husband gets hot while sleeping. We live in Florida, so I thought these sheets would help. The pillow cases have stains from us just sleeping on it like we have really greasy hair and skin. I've never had pillow cases do that. I thought I would these sheets, but they are not worth the money.

I have placed quite a few orders with Sleepgram in the last couple of years. I love their bed pillows and cotton Silverdur sheet sets! Their pillows will end your never-ending search for a perfect pillow, as it did for me! Their products are of the best quality manufacture. I have always had a shipping notice within 2-3 days of placing my order! Sleepgram's customer care is exceptional!!

Everything is so high quality!! The bamboo sheets are so soft, light, cool and durable. I don’t think I can go back to my regular sheets. I better start saving now. 🤗🥰🛌😴

I love the selection and quality of items on your site. Very easy to navigate your site. I never knew what I was missing until I bought my first set of cotton sheets and pillows.

My order shipped on 5/1 and I still haven't recevied it. When I wrote asking for an update, I got a canned response with no explanation. Not good service. Can you please let me know what is going on with my order? It says it stopped traveling in Cisco Texas on the 4th.

We have Sleepgram pillows on every bed in our house, even in our motorhome. We finally got a king size bed so we ordered king pillows. I have been happy with every order. I keep wanting to try those bamboo sheets, but just can’t seem to take the leap.

I ordered more than I wanted because of poor descriptions. And most importantly, I received the wrong merchandise and no one will respond. I really want my money back.

Finally the sheets are actually big enough to fit a queen size mattress. My 2 previous sets did not fit the bed properly and tore the seams at the corners of the fitted sheet. I love the sheets but did not like how they fit my mattress. This set fits perfectly.

Have ordered 2 sets of bamboo sheets and a set of pillows after using them at my sister’s house. Completely worth the money. Will be buying more pillows for sure as I like LOTS in my bed and want to replace them all. Sleeping so much better and the bed feels so much cozier.

Ordering the product is very easy,and the product is good quality. When you submit the order and you get an email telling you that you will receive an email when your item is shipped, it seems that I never receive and email as to when it was shipped or when it's delivered, getting those emails would be greatly appreciated, and if there is a product ordered and it's on back order an email about that would be great as well.

This company was very easy to deal with. Shipping was quick. We started with ordering a set of king pillows, just to try them out and see if our necks quit hurting and we could get a good nights sleep. Loved them. I have since ordered 2 more sets of queen pillows for our other bedrooms. I think these pillows will allow anyone, neck problems or not, to get a great nights sleep. Highly recommend!

Sleepgram wins! I have purchased many pillows over the years from high end manufacturers to lesser known pillow makers. My first Sleepgram pillow became an instant hit. I prefer to have an insert pillow cuddle me around the neck. I bought more pillows for Christmas presents and each person raved back about their pillow saying they loved their new pillows. I have a long distance friend who did not seem to want a pillow and told me he was very picky about his pillows. He told me Sleepgram was now his favorite. These pillows are soft like the best down ones but utilize a microfiber that conforms to your head and neck while also supporting it. There are no lumps or bumps. I finally got another pillow for myself because I have several on my bed and prefer to only sleep on the Sleepgram pillows now.

I still don’t have my order. I ordered pillows on March 1st and the site said 3-5 business days for delivery.
At this point, I’d just like to cancel my order please.
I reached out and y’all said you would let me know when they’d arrive but I’ve heard nothing and received nothing.

I love that the pillow is adjustable firm or soft. I love that they are washable and they last.

It's easy to order on Sleepgram. Love the pillows and they come with precise instructions.

Bought 6 pillows and wanted to return 2 of them. This company DOES NOT want you to return items. Most frustrating, difficult experience EVER. You must request a return label from the company in order to return pillows within 100 days. I was given the run around when I requested a return email--literally a back and forth exchange of 12 emails!. I also called and requested a return label and was finally issued one about a week later. I packed pillows and returned them exactly as instructed on the website but did not receive a refund. After 3 weeks I contacted the company again inquiring about my refund. They said they needed the tracking link to process my return. I sent them the tracking link and never heard back. I followed up AGAIN a week later and was told my refund was being processed. I received a refund a few days later. The only reason I received a refund was because on my persistence and consistent follow through. I will never order from this company again.

Although it took awhile for my pillows to arrive because of a misunderstanding, they were worth the wait.
Love, love my new pillows.
Previously, I had been a house guest at a friends and never slept better or had ever experienced a better pillow.
I also appreciate the company's sense of humor.

I made a huge mistake when ordering pillows for my son for his birthday. I made two orders (I don't know how I did it). Anyway, he received both orders. I had told him to refuse one of the orders. He opened one and tried them. His comment was "These are the best pillows I've ever used. They are awesome. I'm keeping both orders". Everything worked out great. Thank you for an awesome product.

I absolutely LOVED my pillow. I Wash it, fluff it do it all as per the instructions. Recently the pillow has completely started to fall apart. I reached out to their customer service with images of the pillow and let them know it was a gift. 1st they said they did not have a record of the purchase and if purchased through 3rd party deal with them. My Mom gave this to me as a gift. So, I reminded them it was a gift and gave my mothers info. to that email they responded with: We do offer a lifetime warranty at $25.00 but your order does not reflect that you included it in your purchase. People rarely have issues with their products, but it’s offered just to be safe. In the event that something DOES happen to your product , you have peace of mind that your replacement is covered.
So then, I asked if they sold the cover only (replacements) and received this: Unfortunately, we do not sell outer covers only at this time but will reach out to you when we do.

So then I kept seeing on their website this "lifetime warranty" no questions asked etc. But the actual warranty is no where on site. I also did a "mock-order" and their site does not ask if I want to Purchase a Warranty!

I am waiting for a response, I have asked for a copy of the Warranty. I sent them the Warranty info that is published everywhere!

There are many pillows out there, PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BRAND, they don't stand behind their products. CLEARLY.

The product is excellent. Sheets, pillows, mattress covers, duvet. Everything I have tried is wonderful to sleep on. I highly recommend to anyone to try this product line.
