horrible customer service. The part arrived damaged and did not get assembled even after we paid for assembly. On top of that the report was not passed back by the delivery guys back to the store. We has to do all the reporting and comms. Getting ask all sorts of things even after we provided all the details and photos of the damaged item that arrived.

The delivery drivers left the mattress in the ensemble in the courtyard out in the weather of my house. They were instructed to deliver it into the bedroom down at the store due to my mother being elderly and able to do so herself disgraceful once ringing the shop that I brought the mattress from I received zero help and told it was everyone else’s problem completely and utterly disappointed. No one seems to have any responsibility for their actions.

Great customer service from the start made it super easy to decide to purchase our new mattress at Sleeping Giant. The ordering process was super easy, and a quick lead time also.

The delivery drivers communicated the whole time so I could plan my babies naps easily around the drop off. They were super friendly and left me with a smile on my face for the rest of the day. Props to man mountain who carried the mattress by himself from the truck to the door - impressive!

Ok, so filled out a review last week as we were having problems, after saying we would get replacement end of August ( as base for bed had a hole missing so couldn’t assemble ) after writing review they decided to deliver one on Saturday, guess what this one was also manufactured wrongly and hole was missing on the other side.
Now we are back to having a delivery end of August, not sure why they are unable to fix problem with someone in Australia as it would be an easy fix but if we get someone to do it we forfeit warranty.
We now don’t know what to do,as matching bed is already assembled and need one that matches.
Not sure who Quality assures there products, guessing no one ☹️☹️

item was out of stock when brought and soon as came in phone call to let me know it’s in and arrange delivery. was able to deliver on a saturday and removed old mattress efficiently. gave me up to date of time of delivery which wa great. guys who delivered were nice and said hello and delivered quickly

Joe is full of knowledge about mattresses, and is very friendly and approachable. They set up the delivery to our apartment and everything from the purchase to the delivery was quick and easy!

Staff were fantastic! Great to deal with, lovely close knit team. Assisted all of our needs, will go back and see Rob again. The delivery was on time, and the fastest in and out process I’ve ever seen.

I ordered multiple beds (3) and a large couch. The beds were all missing fittings. We were unable to put them together. We went to James lane who said they are unable to help and we would need to contact sleeping giant. Well good luck as their customer service team dont answer phone calls. I left 5 messages and THEY DID NOT CALL BACK ONCE! I had to then ring back james lane and complain. Terrible customer service and sleeping giant. They are happy to take your money and leave you with faulty beds. Do not buy from this company. What a waste of money! Only after I chased them for weeks did they advise us that the instructions fit all 3 beds were wrong. No accountability at all taken

Communication about the delivery of my bed was made easy via the tracking link.
Guys were in & out in 10 minutes. The guy who carried my old mattress out & the new one in, was a beast. Carrying a king mattress is no easy feat. Both guys very nice. Thanks team 👍

Disliked the online team, and the warranty replacement process. Loved the in store sale people at McGregor and fortitude valley! And loved the delivery guys! Honest, working working and quick!!

The bed frame arrived faulty, with no latches or hinges to attach the other parts, making it impossible to assemble. I had already paid for a professional assembler, so that money was completely wasted. Although a replacement has been offered, it doesn't make up for the inconvenience, extra cost, or time wasted. I'm now sleeping on the floor while waiting for the replacement bed. If faulty products are being delivered, customers shouldn't have to deal with all this hassle. Better quality checks are needed before shipping. I wouldn't recommend buying this product based on my experience.
