Lovely customer service at Helensvale and the girl that was helping at pick up at Richlands.

Service was great. Gave great advice and helpful in every type of way.

The ordering online was easy. I got a call from the delivery department to schedule a delivery date. They won’t schedule the rough time or a time frame which is not great given that I have to book the lift for certain time only. The delivery is $139 which is quite pricy compared to other businesses. Then on the day of delivery, I tried calling several times and no one picked up. I stayed at home all day waiting and got a text around 4 pm saying that it will deliver tomorrow. I tried calling again with no luck. Then I went online and chatted to someone useless. I was getting more and more upset so I wanted to cancel my order. They proceeded to tell me that I have to pay 20% restock fee, when they haven’t even delivered! I demanded to speak to the manager and she was more understanding. She first offered $60 compensation, and I said my whole day isn’t worth that amount. She said the max she can offer is free shipping so I decided to take the offer. These people will treat you like nothing until you push the point. Just so incapable and dishonest.

I found the saleslady to be helpful and informative. I have hip problems, and after talking decided on a soft mattress. I am very happy with the purchase.
For value, I felt the price was good, though maybe I could have have wrangled a better price, but I am happy with what I paid.

The delivery was scheduled last week. No one told me it wasn’t coming, I had to call to find out. The delivery came the week after. Not very apologetic at all.

From the moment we walked into the store, the customer service was exceptional. The shop staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. They took the time to answer our questions and made choosing the right furniture an easy and enjoyable experience.

The admin team was just as impressive. Organising delivery was straightforward, communication was clear, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. We had to change the day as the renovations took longer than expected and nothing was too hard. They were very willing to change to meet our extended timeframe. .

On delivery day, the team kept us informed of their progress, so we knew exactly when to expect them. They arrived on time with a friendly attitude and immediately got to work. The furniture was assembled professionally and with great attention to detail, and it was obvious they took pride in doing the job properly.

What really stood out was the care they showed after everything was built. Rather than leaving a mess behind, they cleaned up all the packaging and left the area spotless, which was greatly appreciated.

It's rare to receive such consistently excellent service across every stage of a process, but this team at Sleeping Giant delivered exactly that. We are absolutely delighted with both the furniture and the overall experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Mattress has marks. Customer care team doesn’t pickup or call back. Such a hassle better not to purchase new items from them.

The stuff at Sleeping Giant in Maribyrnong are great to deal with, along with their drivers/installers Chris and Matt both great guys and very courteous in the installation and punctual time.
