Horrible! When I first discussed completing my sleep test with this company I was promised a simple process. It's been anything but. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with a provider. My provider spent less than 5 minutes with me during my first appointment. My second appointment after my sleep test I was told I would be offered referrals for providers for CPAP and an oral device. I received neither. The DME provider has been attempting to reach my provider for OVER 3 WEEKS to get a form signed so that they can provide me with a desperately needed CPAP. Crickets. This company is horrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. Go somewhere else that actually gives a crap about your health and providing an acceptable service.

Ok this is a follow up. This whole process is disappointing. The sleeptest went well when it showed up. It was not shipped until after they told me it would be here. I travel so we discussed days for it to be here. Then of course they pressure you for it to be returned. Oh sure! My adventure started in August - I think I am finished if the clinician ( note - you sign up to speak to a DR. ) who had a real attitude that I questioned her about anything. She of course was late to the call. Her comments " I am not going into that now, it has been handled by Customer Service" I said obviously not or I would not bring it up. I stand by my original review. Sleeptest you need to improve your program. It is broken. It comes across as a money gathering opportunity shielded under "medical".

I was all set to do this and the time came and the first thing that popped up was a pay screen, which I was having trouble getting to work and finally a second screen popped up demanding to know if I was proceeding. It was a little rude. During our conversation and questions it just became clear to me that they are very money driven. She started throwing policies in my face very blatantly couldn’t have cared less. I just cannot trust these people to have my best interest.

...Get what you pay for. Had a consultation with the Doctor that cost $95 for 10 mins and was told that I could take my time with the sleep test and use it on nights where I feel my best, etc... Then I am immediately hit with emails threatening late fees before I even recieve the sleep test. Return the product in 5 days or incur a mysterious late fee. $5?
$100? How much is it? Save the automated customer service response about needing to keep costs down. Just be HONEST about what is involved before the process begins and this wouldn't be a problem. At least let us know you're going to nickle and dime us beforehand, so we can plan accordingly. So insulting to be threatened with nickle and dime charges while attempting to do something for your health. Clown show.

Absolutely terrible. Doctor and customer service people are great, ring is ok, though not sure how accurate. Everything else is just terrible. The website is trash. The time it takes to get this done is weeks, instead of 3-4 days at other places. The messaging system is terrible. After installing multiple apps i still had to use the website which doesn't work on mobile half the time. The price is twice as much compared to going through pcp.

Not sure this will even work as I've not been able to get the device yet. All I know is the actual time spent with the provider vs the copays has equated to approx $40/min. If it works I'll come back and update this review, however until then I felt like the rates charged were far outside a fair amount from what I received in return. Guess we'll see.

Definitely better than going somewhere else for the sleep study. I like being able to do it while sleeping in my own bed.

I had to take the at home sleep study. It was comfortable and easy to use. The directions were easy to understand.

Sleep study was easy . The equipment was easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone who believes they have sleep apnea.

So easy to use and the directions are very easy to follow. So much better to do a sleep test in the comfort of your own home. Providers were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to! Would definitely recommend to others!

The whole process was extremely fast and easy! It was covered by my insurance too which made the process even simpler. Just a few quick virtual visits combined with wearing the ring for 2 nights (which I didn’t even notice I was wearing while sleeping) and you can get a diagnosis and treatment plan for sleep apnea!

I don’t think I have ever had such an easy medical test! I had been putting off a sleep study because I thought I would have to spend the night in the basement of the hospital. I was so wrong!!!! Every step seems to be done with the patient in mind; how can we make this as simple as possible.

Sleep Test did a great job sending me the study. The directions were easy to follow.

Well I sleep on my side could not do it with system also red light kept popping up had to wiggle cord to make sure it work I sleep well with my bed just with this machine had hard time cause of flashing red light there has to be a better way

The whole process was efficient and easy. The PA was super friendly and competent. Communication has been made at every step. The test arrived set up and ready to go with easy instructions. Sending the test kit back was easy with a prepaid label.

I took the test but was restless both nights because I toss and turn a lot and kept checking to make sure the lights were not red. There were times they were and I had to readjust the unit to make sure it was on the right spot. I hope an accurate reading will be made in spite of it. Having the test at home was probably more comfortable than doing it in an unknown facility.

While I was very happy to have a sleep test at home instead of some weird facility, I thought the equipment was a bit cumbersome and some pieces were quite worn and didn't stay put properly.
