Very easy to set up and ring was not bad to wear. Did not find it hard to sleep with it. Overall experience was fast and easy.

Got to do this at home made it seem like I didn't have to change my schedule in life. The hardest part was the on line that you had to do. It was a ring on my finger that makes it easier.

Everything was included in the test kit. All steps were clearly stated and easy to follow. Returning the test kit was very easy. Could not have been easier to do the sleep test.

Don't be so cheap and print some CORRECT instructions vs. assuming everyone is tech savvy to use QR codes. There is squat in the instructions (I HAD to print) about the red lights and their exact/full protocol. Train your reps better so they provide accurate info. And, if I'm having a telemed appt. with a PA vs. a Dr., it would be nice to know ahead of time. If you need paperwork completed, 1 email is sufficient vs. multiple confusing emails. Questions on the medical forms could be more concise/worded better (it's not always a black or white, "yes" or "no" response). Lastly, send some medical tape vs. Post It Note (size arrows flags) junk that will actually stick to your skin and some clips that aren't so stretched out that will actually stay in place. Disappointing experience with YOUR company, and it's not my first trip to this medical rodeo.

In response to your response. I never stated "difficult." There is just A LOT of room for training and improvement!

UPDATE: 11/27/23: I have called NOW 3X and left voicemails to get a receipt from my Monday, 11/27 Telemed Appt. and have yet to be contacted by anyone to supply this itemized receipt!

UPDATE 2/8/24: Case & point. It took months to get another of their lame responses on 2/7/24 from my additional 11/27/23 comments.

The company was helpful with numerous emails and texts as heads-up for arrival of equipment, etc.
However, the included batteries for the first night (which were already in the sleep test machine) didn’t work, so I used the second night’s included batteries for the first night. I then went to the store and bought AAA batteries so I could do the test the second night.
On the second night, the machine would not stay on even though I had just replaced the batteries. I woke up the following morning to the machine turned off. I tried testing a third night, but the machine wouldn’t stay on. I sent the machine back.
Also, due to the need for extra days to test, I called and told them that I would have the machine for extra time. The woman in the phone assured me it would be okay. But then I started getting reminder texts and emails saying that my equipment was running late and that I may be charged for late fees.
I responded to this email saying that I had already talked to someone there who had okayed me to keep the machine longer.
I continued to get late reminders. Perhaps technicians aren’t communicating effectively? This part was frustrating.

Instructions easy to follow

I was skeptical about getting accurate results from the sleep study due to a study I had done several years ago.
The sleep physician that followed me in this study was very well versed on up to date research, and the effects of sleep disorders upon the body systems...
I was educated as to the importance of diagnosing sleep apnea, correct breathing (nasal) and left with hopeful resolution to my sleep disturbances!

I enjoyed the comfort of being at home but still very hard to sleep with stuff on you regardless of where you're at.

Appreciated the detailed instructions. Also liked to be able to call someone for assistance.

Unrealistic timeframe to do 2 nights of testing accurately and then rush to mail the device back. Beware if you have a demanding schedule. You will get charged a lot of fees for not being able to do the test immediately. Hopefully after all of this it actually works accurately.

The company communicates well with you via email. The testing is easy and non intrusive; just a ring on you finger. Charge the device for the second night’s use and ship it back in the prepaid envelope. Very easy and organized. I would recommend this method to anyone.

The whole process was simple. It was hard to sleep the first night, perhaps just getting used to the system, but the second night was much easier. Given what sleep tests used to entail, this is a no brainer.

The ring was a very easy to use device. Directions and interface were easy to navigate.

The home sleep test was an easy experience. The equipment came essentially re-assembled. The instructions for using the equipment, combined with the Dr's comments, was easy to understand & follow.
The follow-up with the dr was very thorough. I learned more from him regarding apnea & machine calibration than I ever had in my 20 years of using cpap machines.

The sleep-test was easy to install and not too difficult to put on. Also, my sleep was not impeded by the sleep-test unit.

The test arrived in great condition. Particular assemble and ready for my testing. The instructions were easy to follow. Sleeping with the test device didn't interrupt my sleeping. I would recommend this Sleep Testing to others. Thank you.

My overall experience was ok and could have been a lot better. The device came with little to no instructions. It listed their website and something to scan, however, that was just a YouTube video that the device maker posted/made. While going to sleep, the device was all set up and I followed the instructions from the video but there was an intermittent blinking red light so I was unsure if the device was actually working as the video said any blinking lights mean something is wrong. I lost sleep worrying about this blinking red light and checked it throughout the night so my results might be skewed. I tried calling customer service, but their offices were not open, which makes no sense when their product is being used at night, you'd assume someone would be available. I also found the devices website and read their instructions with no luck. I called again on Monday and they said it is normal for the light to be blinking red, that would have been nice to know!!!! In addition, the initial video meeting lasted about 1 minute. For the 1 minute initial video call (where she should have mentioned the blinking red light is normal) and the reading of the results (which are probably skewed from me stressing/checking the light throughout the night) cost $380. I wouldn't recommend this company based on this information.
