Do Not Purchase from this company. They are a scam. I purchased some belts and they send me a totally different item. I tried calling them and getting my money back but they said i need to return it back to china. I spent $78 dollar and the post office is charging $60 to send it back. They dont have a USA address. SCAM ARTIST.

Even though the product I ordered was damaged, customer service was very helpful and they responded quickly. I am excited to get the replacement and final get to wear their products.

Nice colours for the shirts. Slight mix up with order delivery, however customer service was quite responsive and fixed it promptly.

I wanted to send back the shirts I ordered they were not what I wanted. Instead of doing that they offered to send me two other shirt which I agreed to well I NEVER did get the two other shirts. So I emailed them to once again send the 2 back I ordered. They never got back to me!!!

Love my new tshirts. They are very flattering and easy to dress up or dress down. I only got three but now wish I had one on every colour ♥️

I received my bras yesterday. The fit was perfect but I received the wrong color. Customer service responded and said they will send the correct color free of charge. Truly appreciate their fast response and willingness to make it right.

I was unhappy with the quality of the clothing. I asked to return the clothing, but the return address is in China. After reaching out to their customer service (they were very nice to work with), they came up with a solution that would make both of us a little happier. I appreciate their customer service.

I placed an order for $98.00 one of my package was not the correct color. However the items did not fit according to the size chart and others misguided information. When I went to return this merchandise I was quoted $224.00 to return. My merchandise was less than that. When reaching out to Slomra they explained there is no warehouse in the US. and that it cost the company a costly amount to send out the merchandise. We communicated back and forth on this subject. Finally the said they could refund me no more than 30% only if I would give them a 4 star rating and that I could gift the merchandise or try to sell it.
Why would I give a 4 star rating when I'm out of money and the solution from them was not feasible. They also offered me 15% off my next order. Why would I purchase from this company with the cost of returns and how they try to influence you to give a rating that to me is not deserving. It was also said that they would be getting a warehouse in the US.

You cannot return anything without paying for it to be shipped internationally to China. They do not have a U.S. based distribution facility. Their website indicates an option for a partial refund and when I asked about that, they said it was on the condition of providing a 4+ star review here. When I told them I was pretty sure it violated TrustPilot's policy and that I didn't appreciate being extorted, they agreed to the partial refund. Days later, I got $20 of my $70 order refunded.
