I had a vital meeting to attend in Jo'Burg which required a lot of research and compilation of files and then found my passport had run out. Holly at SmartPA filled out the application forms, sorted the photos and even went to the passport office and collected it. Additionally she booked me on a Virgin flight in the perfect seat and fixed transport to Heathrow and collection from airport to hotel at the other end.
Terri has been an incredible SmartPA assistant for our family over the past 18 months. Her support has been invaluable in managing our busy work and home administrative tasks. We have used SmartPA for years for various projects from day-to-day administrative services to Customer Support. SmartPA continuously exceeds expectations and KPIs during times when our workload is heaviest and our team is spread thin - I could not recommend them more. Brooke and the team are so helpful and have selected a team folks who are really smart, capable, and eager to support in whatever they take on.
The South Downs Network is a voluntary network of voluntary organisations, a set up very difficult to keep organised. Yet Smart PA showed great flexibility and administrative ability keeping the network functioning well. As volunteers we do not keep regular hours and our skill in maintaining our administrative systems can be limited. Smart PA handled this very sympathetically and efficiently.
We have used SMARTPA for the last 12 months, Lisa Higgins has been our assigned PA and she quickly integrated herself into our team as if she was one of our employees. Her input has been critical in releasing the pressure on the senior management team. We are only leaving SMARTPA as we have grown quickly and now need a full time staff member running the office. Poor experience. After several months of working with them, they kept making the same mistakes with their tasks. After raising this as a concern they said they would switch PAs but they never did. Finally, once you terminate the contract they still make you pay for 60 more days even if you don't use the service.
