I had to pay an extra $300+ to have a bag and seat selection. How can you offer to sell a seat on a plane and not offer a carry on bag??

Too many restrictions on booking. To my understanding I was not guaranteed a flight, even after payment. Not allowed to check or carry on luggage.

This website is a travel agency not a direct "buy a ticket" site. I spent too much time on the phone with the agent to secure a ticket and it was a higher price then I originally agreed to. People go online to purchase travel arrangements for a quick turnaround, not to be swindled into upgrades.

This is the second time I purchased a flight through this company, The first time, I got to the airport and had to buy my ticket because it hadn't been processed yet. But they refunded what I had paid. So I gave them a second chance and purchased a ticket for a fair price. Then I was notified that the cost had almost doubled but when I checked my credit card, they bought a ticket for me at the original fair price, but added a separate "fee" for their "service." Pure bait and switch. Btw, look at the names of the people who supposedly helped their customers. They are out of India but have distintly American names - like Jimmy Paige or Roman Smith - haha! Don't be fooled by the 4-star reviews. Click on the 1-star reviews and you'll see the real company. So many of us have had the same bait and switch. Don't walk, RUN from this company!
