Riley James was very professional and courteous. For most of my experience, I was helped by Jack Thompson. He was, patient and courtesous also. He spent a lot of time with me. I was dissappointed that it was so time consuming as well as very expensive for me to fly to and from Miami, Fla. to Daytona Beach, FL.

Jake was good at explaining everything and sending my information in timely manner, however the information on the website needs to be more upfront about booking. Because I will never again in my adult life book with Smartcheapfares ever they are very unprofessional and scam you of your money.

Worst experience we have ever had buying airline tickets. We were told we had tickets, then the next day they called (again) to say the tickets are stand by, and that we were likely to not get on the plane, but they could sell us tickets for 150% to 200% ($2,000) more. We asked for our money back and they said that would not happen under any circumstance. Ended up paying more, getting worse tickets on two different airlines on different days than our original request, missing our connection with the others in our travel party. Horrible experience. It felt like nothing but a bait and switch--promise to do something they almost certainly can't, get your money, refuse to give it back, then sell you tickets you don't really want, for twice or three times as much because they're holding you hostage by refusing to give back your money.
