Miss Sky Smith was very knowledgeable and helped me with my tickets

Vincent Williams was great. We booked two seats on a flight 5 months ahead of the date. Then the airline bumped one of us two days later. That was not his fault. He explained to me that this is a risk every low price booking faces- just the risk we are taking when we book at the low rate. He assisted us to find another flight and booked it with an increase, of course, in order to guarantee that we not get bumped again. By comparison to the airline's advertised price it was more than fair. Truthfully, I do not know if this is the standard practice of Smartcheapfares. If so, I would not want the frustrations of his job. Regardless, he was patient and helpful. Turns out I might have booked something else with another low fare booker at a lower price. But I might have had the same experience with them.

The charges made on were unjustifiable as their explanation for the changes added no value to my benefits .The agent refused to cancel my flight when i demanded in less than 24hrs of booking. My experience with with your policy when it comes to customer service was less than desirable.
