Delighted with just how clean, tidy, polite and efficient the two installers from SmartDry were! Really nice guys too.
All in all, the service is super efficient from start to finish - the estimate visit and booking in the work was a breeze and making payment was simple too.

We had chemical damp proofing done about 8 years ago but the rising damp returned. The damp was causing paintwork to peel off and wet patches were visible. I didn't want to go down the traditional route of injecting chemicals as it would involve the hassle of redecorating after. Found SmartDry on the internet. I was immediately interested as they offered a green and innovative solution to damp proofing which was non-invasive and chemical free. From first contact to completion, the customer service was impeccable. Bianca, at their head office, was extremely helpful and accommodating, and Jason (surveyor) and Anthony (installer) were both very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The work was completed in half a day and the outside of the house was left spotless. Now, I just have to wait for the new DryBricks to do their job, but as SmartDry provide a lifetime guarantee I have no concerns. Excellent and Highly recommended.

Great company and a great job.

From initial contact, SmartDry were prompt, friendly and efficient. My house is approx 75 years old and the bricks installed are unobtrusive and fit well with the original weathered brickwork. Fitting was completed within two weeks of Jason's survey and I was kept informed throughout. Jason also did the fitting and cleaned up well afterwards.
After just one week, I can already see a difference on the external bricks as they are drying out and I look forward to being able to do a further review when the drying out process is complete. Highly recommended!!

We have been very impressed by the quality of the service and work, everything was done easily and efficiently. The whole process was completed quickly, the very helpful Oliver responded to our online enquiry and completed a survey that weekend. We were that happy with the price and product that we decided to book the installation straight away, Matt came out a few weeks later to install the clever bricks and did a wonderful job whilst leaving everywhere cleaner than when he started. Since then we have had no trouble with damp or condensation as the dew bricks started working almost immediately, we couldn't be happier with SmartDry and have no trouble recommending them to anyone with damp problems.

The engineer came at the time they said he would, the work was completed to a very high standard, and they cleaned up after the work was completed, I am very impressed with them, and there solutions, the house next door to me had the same system installed the very next day too!!!

Our first contact with SmartDry was with Oliver,the company’s surveyor, by phone. An inspection visit was quickly arranged and during it Oliver explained the damp problems we had and how to improve matters. He also detailed the company’s system to deal with our problem on a more permanent basis.
At short notice an installation visit was arranged and the installer, Mateusz, worked virtually non-stop through a bitterly cold day, in order to complete the work in one day and tidy up before leaving.

The company should review the second paragraph of the letter sent out with their invoice, as it gives the impression as being a little demanding. All in all the staff were very helpful and efficient and we would have no hesitation in recommending the company to others.

I am very impressed with the job that Smart Dry have carried out for me. My first contact was with Jason. He arrived on time, and presented as very competent and friendly. Jason clearly explained the whole process of installing dry bricks, and he answered all my questions. He has undertaken the measurement and provided me with a quote straight away. I had time to consider the quote and I decided to go ahead with the job. The installation was completed within the same month, with no disruption to my lifestyle at all! The best thing is that there was no dust inside, as the installation of dry bricks was carried out outside. And it is much cheaper and less invasive option than the standard dry proof installation to deal with the damp. Jason kept in contact with me every step of the way. He also ensured that the job was undertaken to the highest standards and that I was fully satisfied. I cannot praise him enough! I am very happy with the final result. I know that it should take some time for the moisture to be drawn out of the walls, however, the walls already feel drier and it is warmer inside. I highly recommend Smart Dry company. Thank you!

It took very little time from getting the quote to getting the solution installed. Also communication was to the point and I was kept in the loop via Whatsapp (which I prefer to getting a million phone calls). The installation damaged one wall internally, but this was rectified after I notified them of the fact. I knocked one star off since I had to wait over 3 weeks to get the information on the additional work that I need to get a builder for to ensure the house will be totally damp-free in the future.

After a quick phonecall I received excellent feedback on options available to me and within a week the job was quoted. Jason walked me round explaining everything and what the SmartBricks would achieve. The system was installed all in a day and keys posted through letterbox.

Very Good experience. Quick working and polite. Good customer service from the start. Installed dry proofing in 1 day on our property. Very pleased with the time and quality of work done.

Installer was very friendly and professional. Got everything done quickly and also cleaned the area so it did not leave a mess. He explained everything and showed me all the work at the end. He even left a good impression on the neighbours as helped them with their dog being locked in the car! Arranging the appoint and the initial appointment was also very good. Everything explained in detail and quote given. No pressure to buy. Can't really comment on if it works as it has not been here long enough to be able to tell. The only feedback would be to get a confirmation email or text once the booking has been made as I nearly double booked because it slipped my mind. Would definitely recommend.

The whole experience, from survey to installation, was very impressive. The 2 installers were extremely courteous and efficient, with the installation taking less than 2 days. We were also very impressed with the clean-up process. Ironically, the bricks also seem to add to the aesthetics of the house. We live in a 140 year old Victorian farmhouse and have tried all the conventional damp solutions with limited success. We are hopeful and confident that the benefits of the SmartDry solution will far outweigh the cost.
