Great support from start to finish , felt really at ease and comfortable with the work being carried out on the house , explained how the system worked and will come back in 12 months to check the system is working . Worker cleaned up and left no mess . Would recommend and also use again if I needed to thank u to Glynn , Oliver and Jason for your work

Glynn is a wonderful Person to deal with. From 1st point of contact to completion of work, Glynn handled everything to the highest of professionalism and quality. Communication was excellent. The surveyor gave excellent advice and only quoted for what really needed doing. Jason the fitter carried out the work excellently. The payment option of 30 days is very flexible and easy.
It also comes with a lifetime gaurantee. I am just hoping that the walls start drying within the time scale suggested by smartdry.
I would highly reccomend smartdry to anyone wanting to solve damp issues in their properties.

Great customer service from start to finish. All dates and times arranged and kept no messing. Work completed in one day nice and polite, cleaned up after himself and the poor bloke (Jason) worked all day in the poring rain. I didn't need to be in the work was completed from the outside.

The only reason I haven't given five stars is because the review of the system is in 11 months and fingers crossed it has done it's job. I will review the system then and hopefully will give five stars.

A well organised company and process. Every question I had was answered before a surveyor was sent out to my property.
All correspondence was dealt with in a friendly and professional way.
The surveyor was very informative and gave extra advice on how to prevent damp in my property.
The young man who carried out the work was very polite and tidy. He worked in snow and poor weather conditions to complete the work by the date given.
Within hours of the job being completed I had a call from head office to see if I was satisfied with the completed work.

The whole experience from start to finish with SmartDry has been fantastic! I had my reservations as I was not familiar with this type of work, however everything was explained to me From the first phone call. Within a couple of days I had a visit from their surveyor who went around my house taking temperature reading and explained the good from the bad, I also learnt the front of my house had no damproofing so it was very wet! Within a couple of weeks they were at my house bang on time and very pleasant, Jason came in and started work straight away, now anyone that know me knows I hate mess, it stresses me out, however it was as if no one had been by the time he had finished, I actually think my gardens were cleaner after he left!! Thank you to all involved, it has been everything you said and I am one very happy customer!! Bring on the damp free house!!!!!! 👍

This is a wonderful way to sort out damp problems - I wish I had known about it years ago. Simple solutions are often the best. The company are great: honest, personable, knowledgeable and the installation was done as described without mess.

From first contact with SmartDry Ltd they responded efficiently and quickly to our request for information (well presented and instructive literature). They sent a surveyor (not a salesman) to assess our damp problem and a quote the next day. The installers arrived within a month, on time, were very pleasant, respected the property, left no mess and completed a very neat job in a day.
If every company in the UK conducted its business in this way Great Britain would be a customers' paradise!

Very honest traders who rang me back on a quote and was very professional and did not try to rip me off by coming out and stating I had damp but more explained how my damp problem was arising (ventilation more than penetration/rising damp) and they saved me a good amount of money.

This is a very professional caring company. From the first telephone call everything was fully explained and all aspects of their service have been excellent. The survey and installation of the product was extremely competent and we have already noticed an improvement in the condition of the house and installation was only at the end of July 2017. After sales has also been of a high standard, which is sometimes hard to find once payment has been received, but not with SmartDry.
I would definitely recommend this company and their product which after seeing other possible solutions seemed the most logical and natural, with a lifetime guarantee.

The customer service was good, person fitted the damp coarse once he finished rang me, called me down to let me check, he also cleaned up all the mess he made, he left as it was before it was nice and clean.

A very simple company to do business with, from the salesman, surveyor and the installer, all were very friendly, no pressure from any of them, and lots of explanation.

The install was done on my end terrace house, it took around 5 hours or so. everything was tidied up after other than the new fittings, you wouldn't know he had been there.

I had foam injected in the cavity around my house 7 years ago, this was a scheme set up by the government, free of charge.
Several years later my walls in the lounge and dining room developed a serious damp problem and it took us a few years to find out the cause of the problem identified only when our local builder did a cavity inspection did he find out that the injected foam was soaking wet.
He informed me that nothing could be done to remove the foam.

I was at the end of my tether when my friend told me about the drybrick system. We called Smartdry in and they installed the system to my complete satisfaction, in only one day. Slowly the damp patches started to dry out, and now one year later there are no more signs of damp on my walls.
I would highly recommend Smartdry to anyone with the same problem as mine.
