I found this company to be highly efficient, friendly and well organised. The job was done to a high standard and there was no mess whatsoever left behind. A huge advantage of the method they employ is that provided your plaster has not blown when they commence work then it will not do so after they have completed. As they do not use chemicals to expel the damp there was therefore no need to replaster and all the mess, disruption and inconvenience that entails. The work was completed about a month ago and I have been monitoring the damp and even within this short period I have observed a significant reduction in the level of damp. I fully expect levels to fall to the level they guarantee well within the year they guarantee.

Aside from a lack of communication near to the actual installation work, dealing with Smartdry was nothing but a pleasure.

Conducted a desktop and physical survey and then offered a solution that, having been installed two weeks ago, is already showing signs of improving the situation.

These guys are not your standard tradesmen that come in have a quick look around, say that you have rising damp and tell you to tank. The survey is very professional and bespoke to your house needs, the recommendations are very thorough and their product seems brilliant. Unfortunately because of the layout on our house we couldn't go ahead with the installation which we are very disappointed about as it feels like the most sensible solution that we have seen on the market

In all honesty, I would like to state that I've now called upon SmartDry's services on more than one occasion and have found them to absolutely brilliant! Very friendly service and advice provided from all individuals within the company including Iwan, Ben, Glyn, Oliver and Anthony!

Their unique system has proved to be very efficient and has solved all of our problems in relation to damp at various sites!

Iwan and Staydry recently installed ventilation bricks to an empty property of mine, having first carried out thorough, detailed analysis of the condensation problems. The damp was complex and Iwan took time to explain what he had identified as the causes and solutions for the problems.
I needed the work carried out quickly in order to secure a sale on the house and Iwan accommodated this by cramming his work schedule to suit my timeline. The work was carried out professionally, cleanly and on time, to a high standard.
The communication between Staydry and myself was excellent throughout. The service was courteous and the information given was thorough and timely.
In addition to the work arranged, Iwan was kind enough to phone and let me know that a leak had appeared at the property. He took photos to show me and drained down the water so that the house would be safe until I could get there. I appreciated this very much.

I would unreservedly recommend Iwan and Staydry to others in need of this type of property maintenance.
