it took the package a little longer to arrive just due to current events however, i recieved my pods yesterday which was a very nice surprise!
the owners here certainly are not scammers, more less i think they’re just trying their hardest to get their orders out so thank you to you guys!

I placed an order on May 22nd for a very specific Vaporesso I had a hard time to find anywhere else. A week later, because I didn't hear anything back regarding the shipment, I went online + on Facebook and read many bad reviews that really started to get me worried. I sent an email enquiring about the ETA of my order, got a reply straight away from Coco, providing me with a tracking number, few days later, I got a follow-up email and my order arrived in Florida on June 6th.
I couldn't be happier, and even though the shipment takes a bit of time, the product is genuine (do not get fooled: Vaporesso and many e-cig products are coming from China anyway) and it arrived safely :) 5 stars!

I know every delivery is taking longer than usual because of the virus. But Coco has kept me posted throughout it all. I finally received my Smok prince and am totally happy with it. Just exactly what I ordered and the right color. I will deal buy again. Thank you

Only company I’ve found that has these. I’ve ordered through this company many times over the last year. Although shipping is slow because it’s international shipping, I’ve always received my product and the company has always been quick to respond to any questions.

Due to the pandemic, delivery time was longer than usual.i even placed an order while I was waiting.
I recieved my items. In the past I have ordered and recieved my items within 4 days.
Also I received a reply v iui a email the next. Day.
I reccomend this Company.

Couldn’t find these pods anywhere locally and although it took a little longer than anticipated to arrive due to the COVID pandemic, I received the product as ordered.

This was the only store I could find that carried the smok 1.4 mtl pods. I was worried that it would take forever to get them because they came from China. But the pods arrived as promised, earlier actually, and had great communication to keep me informed of the delivery. Very reliable, Smokstore is who I'll use from now on.

This covid 19 can give offshore companies a bad look.. I got a response for every message I sent.. I know our domestic mail is delayed so I knew it was going to be a little later than usual. The pricing is excellent compared to our local shops I will be ordering again and I will do it ahead of time because everything is delayed. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants to save $$

Was not happy with all this covid 19 bs, but also understood when it come to online orders that centered around vape and coils there were going to be problems. I di need to commend this store kudos in trying their best to meet all my needs. Unfortunately many stores were not ready for this shutdown and unfortunately with new state guidelines/laws coming into play or coil companies not being US based have created many problems for the vaping community as a whole. We as a community need to remember all vape shops are mom/pop shops. Not a Walmart for one stop shopping. It took 8+ weeks to finally get my order, but like I said, my coils actually came out of China. For me, I guess I'll be changing my coils to a US company. The store did their best in meeting my request, kept me in the loop on what was going on with my order. Customer service, I'm sure has been slammed with shipping problems... remember the covid 19 is not a normal situation... it has affected all areas of our lives. Please consider being patient and sticking by this company through this hard time that has affected all vape shops here in the US.

DO NOT order from here. I ordered a pack of coils. It's been 5 weeks and still nothing. I've emailed customer service several times with no response. Just flush your money instead cuz that would be less frustrating.

Their customer service did reply fast to me, but they ship from China. Unless you want to wait 2 months, do not order from them.

Been trying to get my order for over 6 months now. I still haven't received it. They keep stringing me along and I now I have waited too long to dispute the credit card charge. Nightmare of a company.

i purchased some mod coils and even paid the extra shipping to get here to the us faster, and 8 weeks later after i had asked for my money back from paypal since they wouldnt answer me through emails, they arrived and they sent the wrong coils, so i went back to paypal and comment that and paypal asked me to try to contact seller once more, they said take a picture of the item i got. and the shippng adress and email i to them i did. told paypal. 2 weeks went by with no word. i esclated the claim through paypal and they replied to paypal for me to return for correct item, the shipping back was going to cost me more then me just oredering someone else.

This place does not even deserve a star, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THIS SITE!!! I ordered a pack of smok coils two weeks ago and still don’t have a real working tracking number. Have emailed them several times and got new tracking numbers that do not work. They have scammed me and I will be going back to my credit card company and let them know I did not receive my property I paid for and they need to be investigated for fraud.

I made an order in March and still havnt received it. Each time i try to find out why they say its been sent yet apx. 5 days ago i got something from usps saying they are just now creating a postal label. I also got one of these about a month ago. They use this as a way of preventing you from cancelling your order. I tried that..if you want your products please order from anywhere but smokstore

I wish I had read these reviews before I made an order with this unorganized outfit. After waiting a couple of days after making a payment, I emailed them asking when they will be shipping my Alien Mod. I received no response, so I emailed them 5 times within a day with the same question. Finally, they respond telling me that they don't have the color that I chose in stock and to choose another color. (sigh) Couldn't they state what their inventory is when you place the order, like most companies do? A day later they told me that I should expect delivery within the next 7 to 15 days and they gave me a tracking number that doesn't show up in the Global Order Tracking. I guess at this point, all I can do is wait and see. I am not impressed with SMOKSTORE at all. I will never make an online order for vape mods ever again. I just hope the mod eventually arrives.

UPDATE: I placed an order on May 4th, and on May 17th, the tracking number finally showed that my package was shipped. On May 18th, it shows that my package is still sitting at the cargo terminal in China. I suggest people not order from this fake Smokstore. They take your payment immediately, but don't ship your item until they decide they want to. Granted, I emailed these scammers at least 10 times a day. This was my first time ordering from this company and it will be my last. All of the reviews giving this company 5 stars are not real customers.
Ordering anything from Smokstore is a huge gamble with your money. If they do decide to send you what you ordered, expect to wait months for it to arrive. Order from a trusted vendor and skip this fraudulent online crooked outfit.

Do not use this Smokestore.com. I bought coils on April 19th and it is May 12 and I have still not received my order.
