I ordered a Marshal G320 mod kit. There was some confusion with the order confirmation being lost. But after contacting support Coco replied within a couple hours letting me know the product had already been shipped and was scheduled to be delivered the next day. Item arrived and works great!

Listen.Im from Las Vegas Nevada and I ordered the smok mag 225w.they were very responsive to any and all my questions about my order. Ofcourse it has taken a little while like under 10 days but take in to account it is coming all the way from China. Be patient your product will get to you. It's not a scam.usps just notified me my package will be delivered Thursday. These people have been nothing but helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend business with them. It's smok. I think smoks the best company for any and all my mods,tanks and parts. Thank you smok.

I’ve been waiting 5 days now and the store says my order is pending even though they charged my card. Going to be filing a dispute soon. Do not go to this company they are nothing but a scam and want to take your money. I’ve emailed both their emails a good 10 times now with no reply from them. Terrible customer service, extremely mad with the situation.

this site is scam. preordered g-priv 3 but didn’t get anything. now the case is escalated to pupal and the store doesn’t want to refund. they want to eat my money. don’t use this fraudulent smokstore.com

1 month, still get nothing.
I am not expecting this anymore. I don't believe myself, I paid also $5.50 for shipping. Lol

I ordered 2 serpent elevate tanks from them, gunmetal and black . after a couple weeks with no response I emailed them about my order. they emailed back promptly and said gunmetal was no longer available and would I accept blue. I said ok.
so about a week later they emailed again and said black was not available, would I accept rainbow. I was a little worried at this point, I said ok, I just wanted my tanks.
finally about 3 weeks later I did receive my order, so I suppose it ended ok. I won't use them again though.

Ordered three glass replacement tanks. Only downside was that it took from October 17 to November 2 to get them. Great price and great customer service when I asked where they were.

I preordered the Rpm40 and in doing that I dealt with Coco, she’s an amazing customer service rep!! Kept me in the loop at all times and was there to answer any questions I had!!
I’ll definitely be ordering from here more often because of Coco!

This company I suspect is fraudulent and tried unsuccessfully to use my paypal information to make a purchase at Neiman Marcus for $1250.00. Luckily my bank is top notch and I declined the fraudulent purchase. However, this has inconvenienced me and
as of now, I am still waiting for a tank replacement for my TFV16 that I ordered on September 20th, 2019. I will admit that I did not do my due diligence and research the company or website beforehand because I was in a rush to order my replacement. I could not find a direct support link on the website either and I suspect the positive reviews are manufactured to negate the earlier negative review.

Support in this site is best. Site is legit. The parcel arrives very quickly and efficiently in an international context. After a few purchases I am very satisfied with the parcel.

I was really pleased with the selection of mods and extremely pleased with the cost of my purchase. One mod's electronics was damaged apparently during shipping so they worked with me and I received a replacement mod at no additional charge. Customer service was prompt and attentive.

This place is 100 percent legitimate. Bought a 7 color spray Smok Novo 2 kit and was worried. So I contacted them on the day I ordered. Got a reply immediately assuring item was authentic. The item shipped from China to my house in New York all within about 10 days. Quick, competitive service!

Got myself vape it’s great very colorful and works well!

I got an alien vapor cigarette to help me stop smoking and it did take a while to get here but had problems with the batteries and they took care of it right away.
They were very prompt and courteous and had not problems settling
my problems with the batteries.
They gave me a full refund for them right away.
I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

legit. i got my OFRF nextmesh sub ohm tank. Yes it took awhil, but it arrived. First ordered the gold one in pre-order, but that took ages. After contacting the support team (Coco), it was really easy to change the order to gun-metal. They shipped it the next day and after 2 weeks or so it arrived today at my home. At first i had my doubts, but all went well after awhile. Because it was shipped out of China it took a bit longer (approximately the same time as with Aliexpress). And it was unfortunate that the gold version was not in stock or took forever to be in stock. But i settled on the gun-metal, so it's cool.
Good helpdesk and quick response time.

Coco som jeg skrev med, var utroligt hjælpsom og rar at skrive med. Så til min store overaskelse, så er de sku gode nok.
