I ordered a tank and coils with Smokstore on April 4th, 2020. I received an email stating my items had shipped on April 10, 2020. The tracking number supplied by Smokstore shows no information available for China Post. I have sent 3 emails ask for an update from Smokstore but I have not received a single reply. I know packages may take more time due to COVID-19, but this is RIDICULOUS. I have no other option but to file a claim with my bank to get my money back.

Zero stars. Like everyone else, I've waited almost two months and still haven't received anything. Emailed merchant 4 times. No reply. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

I ordered 2 vapes January 2020.. waited waited.. March a few emails sent about my missing products, after finally a response to me, after I called them scammers and threatened to call my credit card company they reply.. oh sorry out of the Colours you ordered.. you take my money make me wait months on end over you not having the products with no word to me the customer. Ridiculous. So they resent March 18 the tracking has 3 updates 2 from March 18 and 1 from March 19 saying it’s at Canada post. It’s now may. At this point I just want my $83 back. I’m reporting fraud on my credit card f*** this sh**

Smokstore company is a scam! I placed my order a couple months ago and even with priority shipping have yet to receive anything. I reached out to the company asking them to cancel my transaction and refund my money they refused! Also they included 2 tracking numbers for my purchase and both were invalid. I tried tracking them and it said no order was found and the other said it did not exist! I have since reached out to the company demanding a refund because I spent a lot of money for it being my first time shopping with them, and they are now not even responding to my inquiries at all. I now have to dispute this with my bank. I know times are a little different right now, but I order a bunch of stuff online and this has never once happened. Trust me people this company is a fraud! Do not waste your time even looking on this site. If I could leave negative stars that would be more accurate, they don't even deserve one star! I am just trying to save others the hassle I have experienced with this company....trust me it's just not worth it. Look somewhere else....anywhere else!!!!!!

Have been waiting for my shipment to update for over a month now. I’m convinced it’s not coming. Still says preparing to dispatch.
Save your time and money and buy elsewhere.

I just ordered 2 new vapes (freemax twisters) and 2 boxes of coils from this website. I didn’t realize they are based in China when I ordered, but they were not only incredibly responsive to my emails but they sent my items to DHL in a reasonable time frame. Even after they shipped my items they not only gave me a DHL tracking number but they also checked on my package and emailed me notifications on its journey themselves, complete with screen shots. I received my items 2 days before schedule and everything is correct and there. These vapes are brand new and shrink wrapped, the exact same ones they sell in local stores for double the price! Same goes for the coils. I know the last couple of months have been chaotic and scary with COVID-19 and they’ve had a lot of bad reviews, but they seem to be up and running very efficiently and I will absolutely be purchasing from them again.

Ordered over a month ago and still nothing. I have received several other item from china that were ordered 2 weeks ago so they can't blame this on C-19. Have file a complaint on Paypal and hope to get a refund.

Well, I thought i was going to have a bad experience. However I was able to cancel my shipment. Customer service has contacted me and resolved the problem.

Typical Chinese online retail. Customer service doesn’t understand English properly, took them a month to even ship my package out. And over a month for it to arrive! I had to buy from another store because it was taking too long. Now even after refusing the package they won’t refund stopped responding to emails.

Ordered coils april 2and 2020 and I can not get them to respond to me or to even ship my items so I can get them. Very unhappy. This is bs to have to wait so long for nothing but they are quick to take your money. Fake site.

TLDR: Their customer service was great and the mistake made on my order was taken care of within a couple days with no arguments or anymore hiccups.

I ordered RPM Pods and Coils for a Fetch Mini about a month ago. The coils were correct, but I was sent pods for a Standard RPM device that wouldn't fit mine. I responded to the email I had received to let them know and within a day received a response asking for more pictures of everything I received. Within a day of sending more pictures, they responded that they would send me the correct pods and to keep the incorrect ones. Here we are about a week and a half after that and I have received the correct pods and I have pods for a device I may try eventually. I have no complaints.

*Edit: I have also emailed them multiple occasions and have had zero responses.*
I’ve waited for my vape coils and still no update on them. Im okay with waiting if I know when Im receiving the things I already paid for. Some updates would be nice and not drawing money out before it’s shipped should be in place. I will be calling my bank tomorrow morning and reporting fraud to this site. Very annoyed.

I would give them ZERO STARS if I could. I ordered March 22 and have not received my coils. When I emailed them they were super rude and told me that “I should have expected delays because their website specified how long it would take”. No in fact it did not I chose my shipping method as regular usually meaning 5-7 business days. They argued with me and told me if I wanted or needed coils faster I should have bought them somewhere else. The tracking number I was given even though they said my package went out for delivery March 23 2020 has been in China with no movement since I ordered. Had I known I was ordering from a company that is comparable to wish.com when it comes to delivery I would have ordered from wish.com instead for faster cheaper shipping!!! If you want your order in a timely fashion DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE CRAPTASTIC “CUSTOMER SERVICE”

Placed an order almost 30 days ago paid for expedited shipping and still no shipment not even a tracking number that I have requested several times. Steer clear of this place if you ever want to get your purchase.

They haven’t shipped my order in over a week even though I paid for expedited shipping. They won’t respond to email. All I can say is these other buyers must be plants from the company because they’re scamming me. About to dispute charges and move on.

I have order from Kuwait, the shipment took 2 weeks exactly, i really appreciate their fast service

Product came as it was described tho in defective condition. Shipping took awhile as it comes from overseas. The battery door does not shut correctly and it takes several attempts and strength to get it shut and even. I've owned other vapes and the battery door was not this difficult to shut. I've contacted this company for a refund or another one and they have refused to resolve my issue. Because of this I will not buy from this company again.
