Excellent experience again. I messed up my online order but phoned up and spoke to Dan who rectified this immediately. I love this cheese and ordered a gift for my daughter too! I received my order the next day and items were in perfect condition. Thank you!

My husband discovered the Snowdonia cheese bakes a couple of months ago (we love a cheese bake) so ordered 2 and they were amazing. We then tried Black Bomber and loved it.
We loved them so much we decided to go full on cheese fest and ordered 8 cheeses (black bomber, rock star, truffle, green thunder, red storm, beech wood, pickle power and Red Devil) a box or crackers and an additional 2 cheese bakes. We got a little chutney set for free as part of a Black Friday offer. The delivery was very quick - 2 days after ordering and came very cold! We haven’t opened any of the cheeses yet - they all have excellent dates most in May (with the exception of 1 which is end of April) and I’m going to TRY and save them for Christmas!

I was promised next-day delivery, but unfortunately, it didn’t happen.

When the box finally arrived, I was disappointed. The contents feel overpriced for what little is included. I regret the purchase and wish I had just gone to a local supermarket for a better deal.

Even with the discount from £65 to £50, the fair value of this box, including delivery, would be at most £20. Very disappointing.

The service is very personal and so efficient ? The delivery is first class

I needed a fast delivery for a wedding as i was let down. My order was placed I contacted Customer Services and asked for next day delivery, they said no problem it will be with you next day. Brilliant Service cannot recommend this company enough for the service and the amazing tasting cheese.

Shocking waste of packaging & no possibility of re-using/recycling the thick wax coverings.

All of the Snowdonia Cheeses are my favourite by far.
If you're trying lots of different cheeses like we did, I would try Green Thunder and or the Beach Wood cheeses last as the flavour in these is strong.
So try Black Bomber & Rock Star first, then try the others :-)

Probably the best cheese I have tasted. This was my first order with the company, but my son had bought me a few truckles for Christmas, so I knew I was getting great tasting cheese. The website is simple to navigate, and the choice is plentiful. Not only cheese but accompaniments and gift ideas as well. I was able to choose a day for delivery and kept notified once posted with tracking as well. Faultless from start to finish, and I cannot recommend them enough. Worth a try, you won’t regret it.

I had a selection of 6 cheeses which were superb. They were rich and full flavoured. My favourite was the smoked cheddar which was amazing! They arrived individually rapped in wax and transported in a cooled box. These would make an exceptional gift.

Firstly I have already left a review for this company and stand by that review for that experience.
However I would like to give a follow up review on what happened next!
I was contacted by Snowdonia cheese, who apologised for the incident over the Christmas period, they explained the problems and how they had been let down by couriers and how the company had made changes to help prevent these things happening again. Through the post I then received some complimentary cheese , which was delivered by dpd, a different courier than before. I have to be honest and say i am pleased at the level snowdonia cheese went to to sort my problems as my initial review is harsh but honest. They should have handled the problems simply with better communication. But they have gone out of their way to try and put this right and their words have resulted in actions! After this very positive development I would consider buying from them again. The truth is that the problems were a huge distraction from the fact that they do make good cheese!

Ordered my Dad a gift box for his birthday in January, I usually do send him a cheese gift box tried many, he told me to stop, had to be snowdonia cheese from now on head and shoulders above the rest, best flavour of any that he has had he liked the set I ordered (can't remember which one🤦‍♀️)

Purchased a cheese hamper as a Christmas present for a family member and mistakenly sent it to myself. This turned out to be a good result. We bought the gift because the recipient would have liked it but weren't really that familiar with the cheese. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the cheese was - tasty, well flavoured, good texture - we are now converts. The cheese also had a long shelf life (which we were also surprised by for a gift hamper). The chutneys were unusual flavours which made them more of a treat and were also delicious. Wine was rich and smooth. The hamper was delivered to schedule, well packed and cooled with an ice pack. Couldn't fault the gift in anyway. Will be sending myself one of these again next year :-) I deserve it!!

Rip off, order the cheeseboard gift, esp for the cheese board, and the cheese board is laughable. Nothing like the description or photo. About the size of a very small note book. You wouldn't be able to fit any cheese on the board

I bought some Snowdonia Red Devil from the supermarket last Christmas and really loved that, so decided to buy some Green Thunder and Ruby Mist from Snowdonia directly. Arrived, well packed and well chilled on the requested day. Yet to try these varieties but the service was excellent! Thanks ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a load of cheese for Christmas which never arrived. Delivery company claimed delivery was left in 2 different places, both of which do not exist at this property. Contacted Snowdonia cheese multiple times, included photos and screenshots to prove my case and received only automated responses. Eventually I disputed the payment with my bank and got a refund. I sent a final email to Snowdonia cheese notifying then and their response was abysmal. A simple "hi there your order has been refunded". No apologies,no explanation, nothing. If course it had been refunded, my bank saw to that. This large cheese order was to be my contribution to the Christmas celebrations in multiple homes. Thanks for nothing Snowdonia cheese, you ruined my Christmas.
