Good service. Very quick delivery. Excellent product at a reasonable price.

The chair is extremely comfortable and looks great. The only problem i had was assembly, the arm rests are not easy to fit and to be honest the Allen key provided is not adequate for the job. In the end I managed with and Allen key extension where I was able push the arm rests into position and exert more pressure to located the Allen screw and tighten the arm rests into position.

Kept informed at all times, delivery on time, delivery team very helpful and polite. Put items together for me with no fuss at all.

Very good communication with the company, Sofas arrived promptly. Pleased with how they look, as I only have a small house and they are not overbearing in the room. My only criticism and why I haven"t given 5 stars, is that the delivery drivers wouldn't take the boxes away as the company said we had to keep them 10 days in case we wanted to return the sofas. This is incorrect as you do not need original packaging if a product is faulty, and also I live in a small terraced house, there is no room for large cardboard boxes, so they had to go outside, where of course they were rendered useless as soon as we had rain.

An excellent transaction. The Sofa Company were a real pleasure to deal with. I ordered on line, which was straightforward and easy to do. Since I would be out of the country when delivery was due to take place I telephoned to rearrange. Both members of staff I spoke to were very helpful and accommodating. Delivery was swift and seamless and the delivery men were efficient and professional. I couldn't have asked for more. The sofa is pretty good too!

Chairs arrived on time as advised. Quality was as expected. Not as comfortable as hoped but more than acceptable. Good colour. One chair leg had been drilled slightly off centre, but luckily we have two engineers in the family, so with time, it was fixed.
