Amazing , amazing , amazing. I was so nervous about buying a couch set online. Right out of the gate, the customer service representative was professional, informative and patient with all my questions and he was an actual person. He reviewed the entire process. They kept me informed of the shipping and delivery date and remained available for any questions. My couches I ordered were made by Franklin and I was blown away with the quality, look and how comfortable the set was. The delivery company was professionally and efficient. I would highly recommend this company!!!

My first time purchasing furniture online so I was a bit apprehensive. I needn’t have been. Sofas and Sectionals is a legitimate online furniture retailer with excellent support. The transaction was simple and straightforward with an immediate follow up email invoice and projected shipping information. Additional email notified when the furniture left the factory and how the shipping delivery appointment would work. The delivery was on time and a text notice even had a gps link to the delivery truck location. The delivery company personnel were very friendly and professional. A small problem with a sofa cushion cover was quickly handled and a new cover received…Thanks Hannah! Customer support was superb! After this successful experience I now plan to purchase additional furniture. And, a shout out to Klaussner brand, furniture built in Asheboro, NC. My leather sofa and chair are beautiful and very well constructed.

The couch is beautiful! Most importantly to my family and myself it’s incredibly comfortable!!! Order a couch if you’re considering it, you won’t regret this purchase. Their customer service is great as well. You won’t deal with an automated machine. They have real live professional representatives to help with any concerns or questions. The fabric on my couch is so durable that even my cat scratching it and my dog trampling on it doesn’t mess it up! It cleans easily. So happy with my choice to buy here.

I found the sofa and recliner in a showroom in Austin and then found it online at Sofas and Sectionals for much less. I took a chance and ordered. The whole experience was pleasant. The sofa did have some damage when it was delivered (no fault of Sofas and Sectionals), but once I reported it, they quickly had a technician/inspector come out. The sofa was replaced and I was able to continue to use the first sofa until the replacement arrived. Overall very pleasant experience.

The whole experience was great. The showroom staff helpful and competent. Our two sofas arrived on schedule and were delivered by two very helpful men. We are delighted with the sofas and feel they are well made and of excellent quality. The whole experience was painless!

I ordered a Klaussner leather sectional online. The process was easy and a quick call clarified my questions. I placed the order and in the timeframe promised, i was contacted to arrange for delivery. The white glove service was actually EARLIER than my given time and did a great job. A power supply was missing but the factory sent me out a replacement quickly. This was a much better and less expensive option than a furniture store.

I had to call customer service today to complement them on how well they stayed in touch with me throught the buying and shipping process. each time I have called customer service the agents were truly wonderful...Cory and Hannah stand out to me but truly everyone has been so warm and friendly and kind. Great attention to detail too! The local shipping service thru Ryder had some of the nicest delivery folks very clean cut and also so polite.These folks excel at what they contacting me just 10 minutes before the delivery!

I just got my Recliner I order in Nov 22, The Order process was so easy, they were so helpful, Customer Service was Great, My Recliner is Awesome i love the color, there is so much support, I am so Glad I order from Sofas and Sectionals. And the Delivery drivers was Two of the nice guys.

We ordered a leather sofa for our second home in Northern Wisconsin. Sofas and Sectionals came through with delivery when no other retailers would deliver this far North. There was an issue with the back cushion zipper attachment. Hannah, in Customer Service, worked with the manufacturer to resolve the issue quickly. Hannah was in contact with us throughout the sofa ordering process, shipping, the zipper replacement, and then followed up to make sure everything correct. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.
