Our service advisor Hannah was great in communicating what the status of our repair was, and always followed up afterwards to make sure we were happy.

There was very good communication from the date of purchase to the delivery of the Swivel/recliner and until the item was fully functional. The wiring for the recliner was not attached to the motor when it was delivered. Apparently, it was a factory defect. A new motor was quickly sent and a technician came to the house to install the new motor. Every step of the way was explained via email so that I was fully aware of the process. It's the customer service after the sale that determines how great the company is. Yes, there was a bit of inconvenience but I gave it 5 stars because of the way the entire process was handled. The Swivel/recliner is well-made and comfortable. A very attractive addition to the Master Bedroom.

I found a designer console table at Sofas and Sectionals that I had been looking at for months. Their price was better and their customer service was excellent. I dealt with Hannah and she was was always prompt with her replies and always followed up as promised.
I received my item three months after purchasing it. This is the average delivery time that I have been experiencing over the past year.

Sofas and Sectionals has worked with me from the very beginning. We had delivery issues because our house wasn't ready and they store our sectional for months. When we received our Sectional it had some issues that the manufacture said was normal wear and tear. Sofas and Sectionals didn't accept that answer and made sure our issues were resolved. Sofas and Sectionals is a very professional and responsive company, which I greatly appreciated as a new customer purchasing a recliner online. From the initial reaching out to me to clarify the order, to emails updating delivery info, to helpful and clear instructions about returning my purchase (a beautiful, high quality chair, just too big for the space I planned to put it in) I was very impressed with their customer service. I would absolutely buy from them again, although next time I'll do a better job of measuring.

So happy with my new sofa. I had great customer service before the purchase, helping me configure some thing that would fit in a very awkward space. They helped me find the perfect solution. They sent sample leathers so I could pick exactly the right color in my own home. And when the couch came, it looked amazing. The delivery company had some problems and ‘Sofas and Sectionals’ was outstanding in communicating and keeping me in the loop. Really really happy.

Sectional came earlier than expected but chaise was broken. This item was sent back and another shipped with the same fabric. Customer service kept in contact with me through the process and made this a non-issue. From start of picking out fabric and layout to delivery, I couldn't have made a better choice to purchase this from. Thank you to everyone at Sofas and Sectionals and great job!!!

This was our 2nd sofa purchase from Sofas & Sectionals. We had an excellent experience on our first leather sofa from beginning to end. Our 2nd purchase being a theater seating group went smoothly until it arrived missing several parts. Sarah in Customer Support was very helpful in following up with the manufacturer to ensure we received all the parts needed not only to for our seating to charge properly but get our missing accessories we purchased. She stayed on the manufacturer to ensure we received the items we paid for.

We got great Made in USA couches from sofas and sectionals. The customer service from the ordering process to delivery was exceptional. Recently, we ran into some issues with the cushions, and they worked with the manufacturer to send us new ones.

The customer service at furniture stores I visited in Ohio was so poor that an out-of-state location caught my attention. Salespersons at the local stores acted rudely and bickered over the commission. The sales staff lacked good customer service and erected mazes regarding financing and pricing.
At first, the thought of taking my business to a furniture store on the other side of the country seemed ridiculous; however, it was a wise choice. Matt was my primary contact, and calls answered by other employees at the store were also a pleasure. The distance factor involved with purchasing a recliner so far away from home was fraught with uncertainty, but the team at Sofas & Sectionals put me at ease by being comforting, patient, and competent.
Furthermore, the pricing of the recliner I purchased was lower at Sofas & Sectionals than at their Ohio competitors.
I recently received delivery of my Southern Motion SoCozi recliner; it is the most comfortable chair ever!

Excellent Service; Awesome Personnel! When my Recliner was delivered to me, the chair had a tear in it. Called the company, they ordered the material for the tear & had an installer come to my home & repair it. He did a great job repairing it, when he finished, you couldn't tell the chair was ever torn. The representative that I worked with to get this task completed was "Outstanding"! Great company, they stand behind their products.

I would highly recommend Sofas and Sectionals. The customer service has been top notch. I worked with Elaine through a buying, return and and final purchase. She was wonderful to work with and supportive throughout. She kept me updated with delivery information as well and checked in to see if I was pleased with final delivery.
