I didn’t end up actually buying the sofa, but the experience was good. Cory was good about responding to chats, I ordered on the last day of their great Cyber week sale and then I had to cancel the order. I talked to several people and had just passed the 24 hours after ordering it, but Sarah and Elaine were particularly helpful and let me cancel the order and refunded my money. I think I will be back to order something else in the future. Their cyber week sale was great.

We have had the best customer service from Elaine Appel that we have experienced in a long time. She is timely with here responses to our needs and is unfailingly pleasant.
The product has been somewhat of a nightmare with numerous problems since we purchased it about a year ago.Because of the numerous issues we have had we have delt with Elaine many times and she has made the problems considerably easier to deal with.

I ordered two Southern motion recliners. I love the style of the chairs and the color. However these were supposed to be leather recliners. I can't find a piece of leather anywhere. I would not have ordered these I do not like faux leather it tends to peel and I was trying to avoid that by ordering what was described as leather chairs. I feel as though I am throwing away money because I will probably have to replace these in a couple of years. Better check twice before ordering.

Paid almost 5k for a sectional sofa with sleeper. Cushions do not stay in place because of the different material they use for the backing. More like burlap and it slips forward ever time someone sits down on it. The corner unit is mismatched and angled weird. Sofas and sectionals did their best to get the company that built it to remake the cushions and the corner unit but neither happed. Instead I have a weird looking uncomfortable sofa for almost 5k. I’ll buy from a showroom next time instead of online and having it custom built! Live and learn. Oh they did give me back 603 dollars for not fixing the issues I have with the sofa so I guess that’s better than nothing.

I just received my custom made Southern Motion Bono loveseat in the Polar leather color and absolutely LOVE IT!!!! Southern Motion did not disappoint!! The quality, craftsmanship and high grade parts are impressive. Plus, I never want to get up once I’m sitting on this loveseat because of how comfortable it is. I also love that I’m supporting an American made business. The Polar leather color looks so much better in person. I get a ton of compliments on this loveseat!

The power recliner purchase and delivery was smooth and problem free. The chair was defective resulting in bent mechanism. The company honored their warranty and contacted a local repair tech to fix. The replacement piece was delivered to my residence and tech installed it. Love the chair again.

We ordered several pieces and were hesitant at first since it was strictly on line but from day one, they were super helpful and responsive (Cory). We had some delivery complications with a third party and sofas and sectionals customer service (Elaine) were very helpful and supportive! We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!

We have a sofa, love seat and recliner purchased from Sofas and Sectionals. I was at first worried about ordering such a set online but have no regrets. They have been amazing from initial calls and questions on dimensions and manufacturers and fabrics to post purchase support. They even sent us samples to make sure we were getting the fabric we wanted. Lastly when we had an issue with the sofa their amazing customer service quickly respond and was very helpful and made sure we were happy. I would highly recommend this company.

We ordered from sofa and sectionals and could not be happier. They were always very clear in their communication and how things worked and it worked that way would purchase from them again and again it was a great experience and we love our sofa.

Customer service was fantastic. The color and fabric choices were abundant. The delivery was prompt and professional.
Only issue was we bought a chair without being able to sit in it. It was too large for my 6’4” husband. His feet couldn’t touch the floor while sitting. So we sent the chair back

Sofas and Sectionals is an excellent company. We ordered three pieces from them, a sofa, loveseat and ottoman. We had a rather complicated situation with being on an extended trip out of the country and needing someone else to be here to receive the items. There were a few extra steps we were asking Sofas and Sectionals to make to accommodate that request and they handled it beautifully. They are always polite and helpful. We got beautiful Flexsteel furniture at a much cheaper price than the stores we looked in. The gentlemen who delivered came on time and did a great job. I am happy to add my five-star review to the many others on this site.

Their customer support was top notch, my Craftsman sectional arrived with a broken leg and they worked with me to get replacement legs within a couple days (I live across the nation from them), then made sure it got in and installed, and checked to see if I needed anything else. To top it all off, everyone I talked to was an American that spoke English. Will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

I have never ordered custom couch/sofa/chair. I think because of making the purchase without any knowledge of the complete process and not being able to go to a store and feel more like I was making the right decision on style, color, being able to ask questions that you normally don’t think anything about such as, why you say it is going to take 10 to 12 weeks when the sofa was actually made in approximately 10 days.

Great company to deal with. The seats were exactly as adversized. We had a small problem with Ryder delievery, but Elaine imediately resolved it and kept me well informed! Follow up is what makes the difference between a good company and a great company.

After researching the sofa and loveseat that I wanted and seeing Sofa and Sectionals name and advertisement come up several times, I did some research and decided I felt comfortable with the company, their terms and their favorable pricing.

I was not wrong. From the moment I entered the order I was given a quick and efficient status update, and then was contacted a week (?) later in person to discuss the process of billing, shipping and other matters.

Everything went off without a hitch, and the sofa's arrived yesterday in perfect shape and without any issue.

Perfect is a tough word to use correctly, but I think the overall experience here was all of that, especially considering an online order with a vendor I had never done business with.

We both a Natuzzi Sectional that had a problem with the recliner after 4 and a half years. The repair company declined the coverage but Elaine found that the issue was indeed covered and resolved the issue with great speed and grace. I trust the Natuzzi will last at least 5 more years but when it needs replacing I will be shopping at Sofas and Sectionals to be sure. Thanks Elaine !

At 80 years of age, I was very apprehensive about making an online purchase for a large amount of money, but their very reasonable prices swayed me to do so anyway. From my first interaction with the representative to the final delivery and setup has been a very enjoyable experience. I was kept informed of each step in the process, and the sale was completed in a timely manner.
I am totally happy with my decision to buy from Sofas and Sectionals and will do so the next time I need furniture.
