We went to many show rooms in the South Louisiana area to shop for a new sofa sectional. After narrowing down our choice to Flexsteel, we were AGAST at the price. We shopped online and found the EXACT same sofa for several thousand dollars less, including shipping and white glove delivery.

The financing was also much better than the local companies offered us making the purchase MUCH more affordable. And they offered an extended warranty that the local stores did not.

The delivery team was professional, courteous and very careful in our home.

The whole process! The order came sooner; than expected, the delivery was very well orchestrated and the chair is exactly what my husband wanted. Very comfortable and big enough that his legs do not hang over the footrest.

Purchasing from Sofas and Sectionals has been a very positive experience. The ordering was easy. I did expect a lead time with custom furniture and it was almost exactly 3 months to the day. Of course, I was eager to get the sectional as soon as possible and when it arrived I was very excited. I did speak with Corey earlier regarding some questions and one specifically, "Are the back and sofa cushions reversible". I was told that they were, however, they are not. Also, there is about a 4-in leather covered solid surface under the back cushions which offers them great support but makes the seat cushions a little bit smaller. This is unusual in couch construction. It has no effect on seating or comfort. My only disappointment, and this is with Flexsteel is that they do not include a dust cover on the bottom of the sofa. All of the interiors are visible including rough sawn wood which drops chips and dust. Also one front edge of seam binding was about an inch too short and the gap was left without adding that edge binding. I am going to add the bottom dust cover myself and it is costing me about $9 worth of supplies from Amazon. I am also unable to find a way to hook the sectional pieces together so they don't move. These items are not deal breakers, however, I believe the customer should be made aware at least that there is no dust cover (possibly the retailer (S&S) may not know this). My delivery men were running a little bit behind, but I discovered this by checking the delivery website time and the delivery process went very smoothly. The gentleman were extremely pleasant and efficient. After I received the couch I thought I had received the wrong item as the outside packaging did not seem to measure what the website measurements indicated. I called Sarah, a little emotion in my voice, and she was more than patient and calmly explained to me that the measurements are of the sofa put together not the separate pieces, which is what I used to measure my room, anyway so everything turned out great. I opened wrapping materials and all was in order. I did not choose to select the premier delivery service, so it took me about an hour to remove all the staples and the packaging material. The unit is beautiful, love the navy leather,and I would highly recommend Sofas and Sectionals for their price customer service and high quality product.

Delivered today, exactly what we wanted. Setup etc perfectly done. Stayed in touch well from order to delivery, and great price. Highly recommend!

It is very difficult to find the size, shape and features you want in a sectional in more vibrant colors.
We found Sofas and Sectionals.com through multiple Google searches looking for something unique. We needed a sofa-sleeper sectional that would fit in our basement in a dark teal color and this place delivered!
The first order we placed without help and when it was delivered we realized there was no way it would fit through any options to get it inside our basement.
We called and got very personalized service for our replacement sectional and it arrived yesterday and is PERFECT! We are so very thankful to this company for making our sectional a reality!

From start to finish—ordering to delivery—working with this company was a great experience. The sales staff were friendly and thorough, doublechecking everything. The quality of the reclining sofa was wonderful, comfortable and firm. Color and material were exactly as ordered. The delivery company used was also excellent: plenty of notice and just a 2-hour delivery window which they completed on time.

We purchased a big recliner and bought the extended warranty, well one thread on the arm started to unravel, after notifying Sofas and Sectional, they promptly sent us a new piece and the repair person came and in about 20 minutes, totally fixed it so it was good as new, definitely very happy
