Sarah Nevarez was excellent. She guided me to Guardsman, the local repair agent and they diagnosed the problem. Sarah then coordinated the order of the part from Natuzzi and the part arrived this week. I am now waiting for Guardsman to arrive and complete the repair.

Sarah's customer skills are considerably above average. She communicated with me via email every step of the way and initiated unsolicited status updates with the factory regarding delivery of the part.

I was fortunate to have Sarah acting on my behalf and expect Sofas and Sectionals recognizes her efforts and will show her the courtesy of saying so.

Elaine and Cory were so easy to work with and super patient as I really wasn't sure what I wanted to purchase initially. I asked to return a faulty battery 6 months after I had received it. I had waited that long to take it out of the box and discovered the problem. There was no hesitation to help me and I received the new battery within days.

You take a leap of faith when you buy unknown products online, especially for a significant piece of furniture that you can't try out, but I saw good reviews for Sofas and Sectionals, and leapt right in. The first thing I appreciated was the prompt responses through emails and phone calls when I placed my initial order - imagine talking with an actual person on the phone instead of a chat (which has its place sometimes). I don't have a specific date or person who assisted me because every person with whom I spoke was courteous and helpful. Even with the disappointment when a sofa I ordered was no longer available, the customer service reps helped me through the reorder process with alternate options, samples, and tracking. I am awaiting my new sofa in the coming weeks, and I know the SaS reps will keep me updated on progress and next steps.

Matt and Corey were so patient and worked as a team, atypical from my experience with furniture sales. I adore my living room set! The swatches and customer service made all the difference In my purchasing decision. The whole process from ordering to delivery was exceptional! I received text messages when the chairs shipped, placed on delivery truck, and was able to choose a delivery date through a user-friendly link. The delivery guys were efficient and gentle with the furniture. Will definitely order through Sofa and Sectionals again.

Ray's Leather and Furniture Repair did a great job, from communicating after being notified the replacement frame was delivered to the install and repair.

Outstanding customer service, addressing an issue with a manufacturer. Really went all out to immediately address the issue, and brought it to a rapid resolution. Solid communication, and response times.

I purchased a recliner from Sofas and Sectionals; it had some issues (which were manufacturer defects, not S&S's fault). They were fantastic during the return process and handled it with a great deal of professionalism and courtesy. I would recommend S&S to anyone looking to purchase furniture from an extraordinary company.

I have never had an experience like this with any other retailer. I bought an awesome recliner from sofas and sectionals.com. First i researched recliners on several sites. I then price shopped and compared warranties. Hands down sofas and sectionals had the lowest price and product support. They assigned Sarah to me and she oversaw the entire purchase and delivery. She answered all my questions and kept me informed of the building of the chair from the manufacturer to the delivery. Real concierge service. They handled a problem I had post delivery and again Sarah triaged the whole thing. I was treated with respect and Sarah was ontop of everything. I never had to chase her, she kept the updates coming. I would never purchase furniture from anyone else.

We ordered two chairs from Sofas and Sectionals. Unfortunately the manufacturer went out of business so we will have to buy something else. But their customer service was excellent.
