We had a great experience from beginning to end. We got our shed fast and the driver was great and very helpful. It was easy to set up and their customer service was fantastic with all the questions we had. We are VERY VERY pleased with our purchase!

Seems like agents have poor understanding of the products they are selling.
I asked them to add additional windows to my product when I realize there were none included, then the agent replied saying that my purchased product already included three windows. I doubted but then I thought he knew better than me so I didn’t say much. However when I received the product, my worry came true.

With all the hassle of suez canal, I completely understand the delayed shipping however setting a delivery date was an another issue. Once I booked available date shown on their calendar I shortly got a message that the date I picked is not actually available. So agent and I communicated to decide on which date is best for the delivery, I gave the agent alternative dates, never received returning confirmation email, leaving me confused. Then the next day the product was delivered to my house when I wasn’t at home, my other family member manage to handle the situation. Overall the whole situation seems not professional compared to the money I invested in the product.

I got my shed, a Brightoln, a few weeks ago and it was easy and super fun to put together. My four- and five-year-old kids were so happy to be able to help (the wood is light enough that they were able to manage pretty big pieces and my son helped hammer in the roof slats and flooring). We ordered the shed directly after Christmas (it was a gift from my wife) but due to COVID it was hung up in a French port for months. Igna was very communicative throughout, sending me updates proactively, describing their interaction with the shippers, even sending a fancy worldwide shipping vessel tracker website for me to see when our ship left France, watch its progress across the Atlantic, and see when it finally could pull into port in Long Beach. (In full transparency, the website provided hours and hours of enjoyable procrastination from my job!) Igna even through in a small gift to express their appreciation with our patience, which was totally unnecessary but demonstrates the attitude SolidBuild has towards customer service. The how-to videos are great and helped out in a couple areas I was a little iffy about. All around, I couldn't be happier we went with SolidBuild and would recommend them in an instant.

Love my shed, it was everything I wanted and more. The only issue that I have is the instructions to put the shed together was not very user friendly. But would definitely recommend the shed to my friends.

Beautiful products, others out there in the same price range aren't even comparable. Easy and fun to assemble. The best customer service I have ever and probably will ever receive. Complete and prompt support in questions you have about building, excellent and personalized communication, arrived exactly when scheduled (to the hour). Mistakes do happen, there were some boards missing when we got our shed, but this wasn't even a problem. Solidbuild cut custom boards for us and got them out to us overnight on a weekend! If you are looking for a detached oasis there is really no other option.

Bristol 13x11is Superb!
From the moment you purchase to the very end, SolidBuildWood was excellent. I spent a lot of time looking for a nice quality shed that I could use as a guest room/home office. I wanted to avoid sizes that would require building permits and this model fit the build. Coming in at 117 sq ft, it was just under my area's 120 sq ft limit to be considered a shed. But this does NOT look like a shed. The delivery team was great. I did need 1 person to help me build this as I wanted to add in a subfloor and insulated roof. A pretty good handyman can build this themselves but if you want it to look primo I'd recommend you find yourself a good carpenter to help. We literally got the unit up in about 5 hours but it took maybe 20 if you plan to install a subfloor and have your own insulated roof added in. The quality of the wood is awesome. They provide a few extra pieces of everything as you can come across a warped board but with the extras its no problem. Their service team is awesome. Igna helped me a lot and she is wonderful. I asked lots of questions and they spent the time to answer them all to really help me prepare to handle the build. Our shed doesn't even look like a shed. It looks like a little house and it's perfect! If you want something nice that isn't a tuff shed but you also don't want to build something that requires permits this product and company is the real deal!

Your website was very clear, and your expected delivery schedule ensured the timeline was right for my project.

I will say that I have never had a better buying experience than with Igna at Solid Build. She take the time to answer my questions no matter how lame they may be. I have not gotten the product however I am excited to get it and am sure it will be in great shape. Even if there is a problem I know that I can reach out and get the problem taken care of.

Excellent customer service, helpful and accommodating. Our shed arrived today, looking forward to building it with my two sons.

I was looking for a small building for our backyard to use as a painting and fiber arts studio. I needed it to be solid and functional as well as attractive. I found all of this with my Solid Build Bristhol plus model. I had 3 extra windows added for adequate lighting and ventilation. My husband and I are an older couple and I had some concerns about building this by ourselves (due to COVID-19 sheltering in place). We learned a lot every step of the way. Building our own shed with the excellent advice, support and encouragement of Igna in customer service was very rewarding. She was very patient with my multiple questions. Once we had the floor joists attached to the concrete the building itself was relatively easy and rewarding to assemble. We referred to the company's videos frequently and took one stage at a time. This is a beautiful quality wood product from floor to ceiling. I am enjoying the sight and smell of it daily. I plan to continue to be creative in my "chateau" for years to come. It is a lovely addition to our property. Thanks Solid Build!
