I bought this watch after my fitbit died and absolutely love it! I can now see email, messages, and other forms of communication, PLUS I can get phone calls! I did not have any of this with my fitbit. All of this for less than $100! It is the best looking watch around. Buy it, you won't be sorry.

My wife was looking for a smart watch that would help with her concerns for afib. When she seemed satisfied with an American made watch with high reviews, she asked me to complete the purchase on her phone. The process seemed straightforward, but after using my PayPal account to make the payment I managed to order an extra watch by mistake. Before I could figure out how to correct my mistake I sent an email to Spade & Co and I received a reply from Trisha within seconds. She corrected my order and assured me that someone was available at all times to handle my concerns. In addition, my wife saw a phone number listed. This is a pleasant surprise when ordering online. Most companies do not give you that option. So, from my initial dealings I feel that this company offers personal service. Next, if the watch delivers all that it promises, I will be glad to endorse it as well.

I ordered 2 watches from Spade, one for me and one for my husband. I didn’t tell him about it. He was not happy so I tried to send it back. After lots of emails and him seeing how well mine worked he decided to keep it. Thank you for your help and patience.

watch won't charge band too small can't read the ap because it is a white background with ORANGE print. At 86 with eye problems ap messages were fince if sent to my phone. If i hadn't bought the warranty the watch would not have been replaced it was up and running fine since Feb until last night when i tried to charge it. .
My watch got stuck on ‘Power Saving’
My watch got stuck on ‘Power Saving’. And I could not get it to change. Customer Service told me to try something that didn’t work and I told them.
I thought that was it but this morning Trisha told me to press and hold the side button and ‘voila’ it worked.
I can now wear the watch again! Great service! Liz

Trisha from the customer support dept helped by sending me easy to follow instructions. Very easy to follow and I successfully added my contacts!
This is not the first time Trisha has helped me. Each time that I had a problem I would text customer support and she would quickly respond to my problem and help me correct it!
The Spade company has excellent customer support! I will continue do business with this awesome company!
I am enjoying the Smartwatch 4 to track…
I am enjoying the Smartwatch 4 to track my stats on health. I thought I was active enough, and that I was sleeping well, but I needed to see it on charts since I have recently needed to be in the medical system. I love the ease of it. I had a tiny issue with a leather watchband but their customer service (Trisha) fixed it right up for me. Good communication, good product. Good problem resolution.

I researched smart watches and other trackers for about 10 days and decided on buying your smartwatch 4 for my husband and myself. I have now been wearing my watch for over 2 months and absolutely love it.
Excellent Fitness Watch
I used a Fitbit for years and I needed a change because I was questioning the accuracy of the data. I chose this fitness watch because it had all the functions I needed, and more, plus the positive comments from other users. In addition, the price encouraged me to buy it.
After using it for 2 weeks, I am thrilled. It's so accurate for my exercises, inside and outside, the battery life is amazing, and I love all the other functions for sleep, heart, etc. Everything advertised is true to word. I Highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a nice upgrade or first-time user. It's easy to use and set up.

Through NO fault of the Company, I had to return a perfectly working watch and accessories due to my inability to properly wear it.
I could not ask for a kinder and helpful response to my issues, involving a timely refund. Wish other companies were this willing to work with their customers!

We love our watches and we bought one…
We love our watches and we bought one for my Mom. The charge on the watches lasts even longer than a week and they are so easy to use. I get the time, date, steps, reminds me to drink water, my heart rate, stress rate and weather and it tracks my steps. For the money, it is just a great watch! Comfortable also !
I have had my watch for 4 months
I have had my watch for 4 months. About a month ago now the battery won't hold a charge. I got your company you told me what to do. I did them all couple of times. Still doesn't work. So you told me to go to Amazon because that is where I bought it from. They were going to give me a full refund. But when they went to print return label your company said it was past the 30 days. So I needed to get in touch with your company. I'm getting the run around. I live on SSI. One hundred dollars for a watch that has a defected battery is a lot of money for me. I know there is a manufacturer warranty. But apparently you would rather screw someone than to back your product. So for a few weeks I have been dealing with this watch and charging it twice a day so I know it will last while I am out and about. It's a PAIN
They have now sent me a replacement watch. Which I'm glad they fixed the issue. But the fact is I still got the run around which should have never happened.
Now another update. This replacement watch is doing the same thing. The first charge lasted almost 2 weeks. The second charge went from 100 percent to 50 percent in five minutes of taking it of the charger. I will tell everyone I know NOT to buy this watch. I will save my money and go back to Samsung Galaxy

I recently bought a competitors watch. After working with it for at least four hours, I never could get it to sync with my phone so I returned it. I received the Spade &Co watch on Saturday In the mail, and within ten minutes it was working properly.
Great device for really low price compared to other comparable devices
I have bought 4 and recommended these health monitor/watches to others. So many functions and they are accurate. It only requires charging about once a week. Finally, you cannot beat the price. I highly recommend this company.

Love the watch, hate the metal band with the 4 health watch. Its too masculine for a woman's watch.
