I love the watch and the customer service is really good. I have had a few glitches in trying to set my watch up and whenever I call customer service they are right there to help.

Trisha did a great job in getting my new SmartWatch 4 setup. I could not have done it on my own. She was very patient in helping out an 84 yr old Senior Citizen who is a recent Cancer Survivor after having Radiation and taking a Precribed Medication.
Trisha even checked back with me today for any other issues. I did use her services again today…May 21st with several other questions. She even told me to E - Mail her if I have any other problems. Kudos to her and her outstanding service, I am looking forward to touching base with her again in the future. Used the Watch today for the first time in my Daily Mall walk. Covered 2,28 miles. So far so good, Trying to get to 3 miles like before I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. Little by little. We should have more people in the world like Trisha,
It would be a better place.

It took a little while but the problem was resolved.

Trisha was very knowledgeable on the product and went out of her way to be sure I knew how to access features.

Everything about this watch was simple. It was simple to purchase. It was simple to set up. And, it is simple to use/wear.

I was having trouble with getting messages and calls on my phone. Trisha at Spade customer support suggested that perhaps the DND was still on! Yep! That was the problem. Thank you, Trisha!

Had an issue with a wrist band I bought. The Spade & Co team were extremely helpful in fixing the issue. Very please with their service. Recommend them anytime

Their customer service is top notch
The Smartwatch 4 is so capable. I only have to charge it once every two weeks.
It tracks my steps, heart rate, breathing, stress, Sp02, workout records energy, you name it, it tracks it.
I could not be more pleased.

Decent inexpensive smart watch

I am really enjoying my watch. I only have to charge it every few days. I like the ability to change the face of the watch. And, I LOVE that the band tucks in to itself..
There are many aspects of the watch I probably have not used yet, but so far, I can honestly say that is is my favorite watch ever.

This company tells the truth about their smartwatch. I go for at least 10 days before I have to charge my Spade smartwatch. I had the first one of their smartwatch and then decided to get one for my friend. She has done nothing but brag on her watch. We are both now wearing the Spade smartwatch 4 and couldn't be more happy with them. I recommend them to all my friends and family. They are so reasonably priced and actually do a better job than my sister's apple watch which she paid a fortune for.

Watch is fine but the bands suck. Got so frustrated with the poor quality, I went back to an apple watvh

My Spade smartwatch arrived in a timely manner and has all the features I was looking for. I also purchased a couple extra wristbands. Attaching the wristbands can be challenging with its small wire tips, but once they’re attached securely they stay in place.

I love my new watch, it does so much and the price was right!

Great product for the price. Customer service has been excellent. Would highly recommend this product.

Stay with me and answered all my questions and my problems fixed, He is the best, I had call 15 minutes before and when I told the person my problems, they just hung-up.

Had a 2, loved it. Replaced it with a 3. Nice watch. Ordered a clip metal band and received a magnetic band. I already had a magnetic band. I wanted thge clip as the magnetic attached itself to a work bench, the laptop, the refer door...
I reached out and was told the clip style was no longer avalable.
I was not offered a return and refund. I was not offered a credit. I Got a run around of what is offered and what is no longer avalable in the email chain that contradicted one another.
The clip style is still on site.
I had considered the 4 as an upgrade. But I dont trust Spade any longer.
All over a band and the way I was treated.
I still have a sour taste from the experience.
The watch is not the issue. Customer service is.
Spade lost a repeat customer over something so simple.

Update 6/07/26 They may have reached out to someone somewhere; it was not me though. Sadly.
