Was devastated when I dropped my Bvlgari sunglasses and scratched not only the lenses but the frames too! Found these guys by googling and got in touch. The communication was superb. They replied instantly to all my queries and within a few days of sending my sunglasses to them, I got them back looking like new! Thanks guys for a great service!

I had broken the leg iff my glasses. Specrepairs were brilliant. Customer service very helpful, the repair was very quick, good price and more importantly the repair was excellent cant see were the repair was done!!

My specs were on their last legs, but have returned looking brand new from specrepairs. All done very quickly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them. I am very pleased.

Excellent prompt service . My glasses are as good as new . I would highly recommend them unlike Specsavers who were absolutely unhelpful when approached as the glasses I had, were out of guarantee by 5 days . I wish I had known about this service before investing in new glasses .

I sent my sunglasses and they were in pretty bad shape! Bent screws, one handle wasn’t attached and one was bent completely out of shape. Within 3 working days I had my glasses back looking like they’d never been fixed! I’d taken them to 3 places before and they said they could not be fixed at all! ( Burberry pair may I add! )

I am so impressed with the repair of my designer sunglasses! It is actually nearly impossible to tell they have been repaired. The whole process was so quick and easy. I just popped my glasses in the post, and the lady on the phone talked me through the options for repair, was super transparent with (very affordable) pricing, and they were sent back to me safely within a week. These guys are legit! My mum flew over for 2 weeks and in the first week, the grandkids wrecked her glasses: ripped the are off the frame proper!
Had a Google and found these guys. Told them I needed it done ASAP. Would you believe, sent it off on Monday, got it back Wednesday!! Absolute legends. Mum was impressed

The side arm on the titanium frame of my glasses was broken. The local optician told me that they couldn't be repaired and quoted me £400+ for a new pair. I found this company online. They told me that they could help and provided an excellent service high quality work and a speedy turnaround and . I was delighted with the result. With postage and packing I paid less than £50.

I am extremely happy with the excellent customer service at Spec repairs. My sister had been moaning about her Tom Ford glasses being broken for ages and was wearing them strapped up with tape 😂. I decided to surprise her and sent them to be repaired. They were fixed within a day or so and returned like new for a reasonable price. My sister is delighted and I don’t have to listen to her moan anymore. Thank you spec repairs! 🙌🤗🥳😎🤩

The company was easy to access by phone, explained clearly what could be done, did the repair very quickly - and perfectly - and charged a reasonable fee. I would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted specrepairs to ask for a quote,was given quote of between £20-£30(In my mind meaning £30 would be the most it would be) plus vat&p&p.
I sent glasses which cost me £10 for special insured delivery.
I then recieve a phone call from Gina to tell me the price is £56.99,I nearly fell over!!!
I proceeded to explain that was a shock considering what I had been quoted,Gina then put the phone down on me.
I recieved an email with the quote, at that point I felt I didn't have much choice but to get the work done,as It was going to cost me another £10 to get them back,so that would be £20 spent,so I reluctantly agreed to pay the £56.99.
Really not happy with the quote being nothing like the actual price, so be wary people,in total it has cost me £70 to fix some glasses that are probably only worth about £50.

This company is fantastic! My glasses were broken and I was told by vision express they could not be repaired (only a broken arm).They said I’d have to buy a new pair £400 and the pair broken were only 18 month’s old. Got in touch with spec repairs posted them and three days later got them back brand new😁.The cost in total £33 inc postage and vat. Brilliant company.

Don't usually do reviews but the repair and turnround of my expensive Tom Ford glasses was exceptional.
I was devastated when I broke them and then to be told by various high street traders they were irreparable.
Got them back in a couple of days and they look like new....so happy.
Thanks to Gina and the team,very highly recommended.

I thought my glasses (ray- bans) were beyond repair. This company repaired them to what I can only describe as " good as new" Thank you so much.
