Really great service and price for repairing my sunglasses. I’d highly recommend.

The super quick responses to my queries were followed up with a fast turnaround at a very reasonable price.
Definitely worth speaking to this company BEFORE you consider other similar businesses.

One of the brackets that attach the arm to the frame of my varifocal glasses sheared off. I contacted Spec Repairs, they advised that they could repair them, I sent them off and they were back with me 2 days later.

You want your precious glasses or sunglasses fixed these are your guys!!! They are AMAZING! I sent over a friend's sunglasses that were damaged with nail polish & nail polish remover. Big mistake never use nail polish remover. SR not only did a fab polish job but made it look even better than when it was first purchased. Super quick and great service. The technician is gifted.
Also if you mention that it is time sensitive they make sure you receive your sunglasses in good time. Would definitely recommend 100%

When i broke my new glasses and looked for a repair i found this company who quoted from my description, gave me postal instruction, firmed up the quote, fixed and returned all within a week.

Found Specrepairs online after both Vision Express and Specsavers had pronounced my designer frames unrepairable (the nosepad wire had come off one side).
Got a very sensible quote of £25-30 for the repair. Posted on Saturday Tracked 48, delayed by Post Office so didn't arrive until Wednesday morning. Had a phone call by Wednesday midday to confirm repair possible and for me to pay. Repaired and returned the following Saturday morning for a total cost of £35 including return by guaranteed special delivery. The repair looks to be even stronger than the original and it's not even noticeable that it has been repaired unless you look VERY closely. Definitely 5star service, great workmanship and super-fast return made even more admirable as it was a bank holiday weekend. Highly recommended and would use again without hesitation.

Straight forward process, good customer service, and timely responses. I had 4 pair of glasses where the arms spanned out and I was told where I purchased them that they could not fix them. I contacted Spec Repairs, and they fixed them. Really pleased with my repaired glasses. They even arrived on Valentine's day, best present I could have received on the day :) Definitely I will recommend them to friends and family.

I sent off my favourite Prada sunglasses and needed one arm attaching and the other arm securing.

Got a call as soon as the glasses arrived with a price that included vat and delivery of £32.99. The glasses were sent back to me the day after I paid and are as good as new. All done in less than a week!
Comms was excellent all the way through and I will definitely be using again the next time I sit on my glasses 😀

I was on the verge of giving up trying to get a replacement arm for a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses, having been told by everywhere else that they were not repairable, when I finally came across Spec Repairs. Abby was extremely helpful and after emailing through a few photos of the snapped arm she told me they could get it done. An impressively speedy service and a very affordable price.

Having been told by 3 opticians that my Jimmy Choo sunnies were irreparable +1 year ago. I didn’t have the heart to throw them away even they were unwearable. Most of us know that feeling of being a bit clumsy. The realisation that after standing on your sunglasses, a replacement pair would be expensive.

A quick Google led me to SpecRepairs, I sent them a couple of pics, a favourable estimate to repair was received back within a day. The sunglasses were posted onto them and I received a full quote following inspection.

The work was completed and the sunglasses returned to me within 4 days. £27 including special delivery. Certainly better then spending £160 on a new pair.

I cannot fault the service from start to finish, the quality of the work was impeccable.

Glasses are expensive so I felt really depressed when Specsavers looked at mine and said they were unfixable (the right handle had come off) and I would need to buy a new pair. I thought I'd try Specrepairs, sent my glasses to them on the Wednesday and got them back good as new on the Saturday morning. For £30. Cannot recommend them more highly for every step of the process and have passed their details to any glasses wearing friends.

My poor old metal glasses had a broken nose bridge.
When I recieved my glasses I was very happy with the repair. They looked as good as new!

I have spent a fortune on designer glasses from Specsavers (Bridgwater branch) over the last few years. I took a pair in to be repaired - the arms were no longer at right angles to the frames and were really uncomfortable. I was asked to leave them all day. When I went to collect I was informed that they were not repairable. I found SpecRepairs through a Google search and they have repaired then BEAUTIFULLY in only a couple of days at a brilliant cost of £15. Absolutely amazing service!! Brilliant communication from the Company about the repair. Can thoroughly recommend!! Not so sure about the aftercare service provided by Specsavers though......
