Incredibly efficient and easy to use. My glasses, which my optician had said were beyond repair have been immaculately repaired and returned in record time.
The staff on the phone were polite and extremely helpful.

I sent them a pair of my old sunglasses that are about 20 years old, I was a little wary to send as had a bad experience before with another company, but I was so glad I had not lost faith and they have restored my faith my glasses can back like new really pleased with there work and the price was very reasonable, I highly recommend them and will not use anyone else in future excellent and a huge thank you

I sent my specs off on Wednesday, was called to make payment on Thursday, and Specs arrived back Friday!

Repair excellent. Specs fitted with new right side spring joint - arm re-attached and loose left arm was secured. Total cost £32.99 price includes special delivery. No grumbles with that at all - saved me rushing out to buy a new pair that would have cost £200 upwards.

Glasses were fixed quickly and customer service was great. Price was far cheaper than new frames and arm was fixed back into place. Will definitely use again if need.

This service was extremely good. My Rayban lense was smashed and I sent them to SpecRepairs, who contacted me immediately with a quote. I sent them off - and even with a bank holiday - they were returned, looking like new for under £50 in less than a week.

Excellent service, posted off my broken glasses on Monday, phone call received on Tuesday with cost, paid over the phone via credit card. Glasses arrived back with me on the Thursday. The £48 cost was half what I was quoted at the local opticians. Fabulous repair made. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

I want give a big shout out to Spec Repairs honestly this is the only company who could repair my sunglasses after I damaged them with glue and nail varnish remover (don't ever use these substances on sunglasses) I went to a local shop they stated unable to repair them I sent them off to an repair shop in Cheshire they advised unable to repair as the solution they use does more damage to the frame, then took them to the manufacturer Louis Vuitton in Manchester they advised they don't have the parts to replace them as they stopped selling the sunglasses then I came across Spec Repairs sent them off to them gave me a rough quote (which was near enough what I paid to repair them) and did the impossible and repair them honestly wish I could give them 10 stars.

Was told they could repair my son's RBs sent them .yes could repair them using lower quality parts not keeping with original .was agreed that they would return them nearly a week numerous messages with no reply . original parts ordered from RB actually cheeper . disappointed by service

Having broken the titanium nose post on my expensive Lindbergs, I went to the dealer and they threw their hands in the air and said "try some superglue". Unwilling to condem an expensive set of varifocals to the bin I found this company online. I sent them a photo and they suggested an approx fee of £30. The turn around time was a calendar week and I’m very pleased with the finish.
Please note the quoted fee does not include VAT or P&P so the final cost came to £44.90. ( cost £30, VAT £7.48, P&P £7.42)

For £20 I got my bent up pair of Oliver People's glasses repaired.

Sent on Friday, receiving back on Tuesday.

I've had 3 pairs repaired and saved a fortune on new glasses; however, each repair was FAR from the advertised entry price on their web-site and only confirmed once they'd 'examined' the glasses, i.e. once they were held to ransom!

It seems they charge £30 for the first stainless steel weld per pair of spectacles ... and that isn't particularly cheap!

If the work was beyond reproach, that would prove more acceptable; however, the weld to a visible part of the frame on one of my glasses was rather rough'n'ready, to be honest.

I might try eMailing them photos next time and obtaining a quote beforehand.

Cautiously recommended.
