Keep away from this site very bad after sales service. Sent my phone for repair in early march 2017 and today is the 8 of June and nothing just automated replies to wait and wait and wait. This is bull shops like these should be shut down before more customers fall into their trap.

I bought a phone from them, it did'nt work from day 1. Sent it back to EU repair center, they moved it from Spain to China warehouse, shipped it back to me after 4 months and it wasn't working yet! Sent it back again three months ago, they still have the phone and now are not answering anymore. Worst experience ever, stay away from that seller

Site told product was available for shipping next day.
I ordered and paid.
I had to ask, why order was not send. Spemall promised to send in a week.
Never happened, Spemall did not offer me a adequate solution after multiple emails. Finally refunded. Refund costed me €10 due to echange rates. Do not trust this shop!!!

Purtroppo mi ritrovo a riportare la mia esperienza che è stata tutto tranne positiva. Ordino un smartphone che doveva ancora arrivare a magazzino, aspetto 3 settimane e solo dopo aver contattato l'assistenza clienti mi convincono a spendere 50 euro in più per avere la versione più potente (dello stesso smartphone) che era già in magazzino. Dopo 4 mesi dal acquisto lo smartphone non si accende più. Contatto l'assistenza che apre un RMA e lo spedisco sotto loro consiglio in spagna. Dalla spagna dopo un mese vola in Cina. A oggi dopo più di 4 mesi di assistenza il cellulare è ancora in Cina.

Pagado dos veces el envío al SAT y el móvil ha vuelvo cada vez peor.
3 meses sin móvil, 30€ en envíos, y más problemas. VERGÜENZA DE GARANTÍA Y TIENDA.

Spemall has shipped quickly and the phone is great. I bought the European insurance. However, if you have a technical problem, you have to be patient. I am waiting over 3 months on my phone and Spemall said, wait again 15 days.. I will never go to Spemall again. Service zero.

The only send phones and receive money. If you have a problem later, there is nobody who can assist you properly, slow answer and very bad customer service.
Let's think before to purchase if there is more interesting a local reseller of the phone manufacturer, beside it's more expensive.

Giorno 2/12/2016 ordino dal loro sito uno smartphone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro), indicato come disponibile, pago e attendo con ansia il suo arrivo.Dopo 3 giorni li contatto e chiedo info del pacco e loro - di tutta risposta - mi dicono che il telefono non era disponibile nella mia colorazione e l'avrebbero cambiato in un altro colore (e va bene). Contatto il servizio mail per la sostituzione e questo mi dice che TUTTI i modelli del telefono sono 'out of stock', quindi avrei dovuto aspettare ancora non si sa quanto. In conclusione, reclamo e restituzione dei soldi spesi, oltre che - ovviamente - telefono preso da un altro negozio.

This is a great phones, I bought it from Italy, it arrived in a fantastic fast 6 day period. Unbelievable!
Once opened the package I found a very useful blister packaging and a little thick paper box around the items. I've ordered two redmi 4 pro with a promo code so we get also the covers in TPU gel and the screen glass protection. Thanks to Spemall for the great service and the great price!

Non ho avuto bisogno dell'assistenza ancora, in quanto i dispositivi non hanno presentato problemi.
Questo è un gran telefono, l'ho comprato dall'Italia ed è arrivato in un periodo di tempo fantasticamente veloce, 6 giorni lavorativi. Incredibile! Una volta aperto il pacco ho trovato un'utile pluriball intorno e all'interno un cartone intorno agli oggetti. Ho ordinato due redmi 4 pro con un codice promo quindi abbiamo ricevuto anche le cover in TPU gel e la protezione in vetro per lo schermo. Grazie a Spemall per il magnifico servizio e il grandioso prezzo!

Après avoir payé j'ai du attendre plus d'un mois et demi la livraison du téléphone sans aucune mise à jour de leur part et réponse plus que superficielle aux mails.

Après quelques mois d'utilisation pb avec le télephone perte IMEI, contact spemall qui me demande de voir avec le fabricant. Le fabricant n'avait pas de solution à me proposer renvoi chez spemall après création RMA. Reception, on m'assurait après plus de 3 semaines que le téléphone n'était toujours pas reçu alors que j'avais transmis la preuve de livraison.

Au bout de plus de 3 mois et de multiples relance pour avoir des nouvelles, ils m'annoncent que le téléphone n'est pas réparable sans aucune proposition.

Je dois donc comprendre que j'ai juste perdu beaucoup de temps et de l'argent.

I bought 2 wearables over a month ago. I haven't received the items, customer service don't respond to mails, no track 'n trace info. The only thing that worked was my my payment via PayPal to them. I'll probably have to try to get PayPal to reverse the transaction.

Les envié un smartphone xiaomi redmi note 2, para reparación, en garantía, y me pedían más de 100€ por esa reparación, que consistia en cambiar la placa base, que se había fastidiado. Les dije que no estaba de acuerdo con ellos, y que me reenviasen el terminal, ya que lo quería como piezas, les pagué los.portes, y un año después sigo esperando. Ya ni contestan mis mails. Lo dicho, ni se os ocurra comprar allí.
