L'assistenza clienti non comprende né l'italiano né l'inglese. Io gli avevo chiesto di aggiungere un Redmi note 3 pro di colore oro all'ordine e loro invece mi hanno cambiato il colore del telefono già dentro all'ordine da argento a oro. Gli ho inviato tante mail ma loro non comprendono e infine mi hanno spedito un solo telefono di colore oro. Sto cercando ancora di risolvere ma senza alcun esito positivo, non gli interessa minimamente del cliente.
Risolto solo tramite reclamo PayPal.

Ordine effettuato, pagato, spedito e arrivato. Tutto senza problemi e nei tempi designati.

Perfetto in tutto, arrivato in 10 giorni. prodotto completo con accessori in regalo

Compra correcta y sin problemas. Comunicación fluida, incluso después del pago. Entrega en plazos y todo OK.

So, my friend Siniša bought Letv Phone (x500) on SpeMall.com site.
That was THREE MONTHS AGO. SpeMall.com sent a phone with a faulty back camera.
After two weeks of NEGOTIATING SpeMall.com finally agreed to repair the phone.
Siniša sent the phone, he payed the customs and shipping fee and then he waited THREE MONTHS FOR THE REPAIR!!! and when you think the agony is over, this is how they sent the phone back. Withouth original packaging withouth, charger, even withouth apology.
So, don't buy from this utterly sh***y store because they are cheating people.

J'ai commandé un LeTV 1S X500, aucun problème avec le service, l'emballage est bien protégé, pas de taxes et délai de livraison bien respecté seul bémol les pubs insérés dans le téléphone qui surgissent de nulle part et que nous ne pouvons pas supprimer sauf en passant par le root... Je recommande à 50% cette boutique...

Oggi 03/25/2016 non mi hanno ancora fornito il tracking number nonostante numerosi solleciti; dichiarano dopo il sollecito che spediranno al più presto.
E' un continuo refrain.
Credo che non abbiano il prodotto,ma furbescamente acquisiscono ordini che in sostanza sono pre-ordini senza peraltro nessuna previsione dei tempi di evasione.
Commercialmente per chi paga in anticipo un prodotto e poi viene trascinato in un limbo di incertezze eè assolutamente inaccettabile.

I tested all functions and it's better than expected. Only think that battery capacity is ok, 4000 mah, and replacement has the same. Android version it's very stable and works fine.

I bought a Xiaomi Mi 5 Pro Model in presale at a good price. The moment Spemall should send me the phone they sent me an email saying that they changed the model to a standard Xiaomi MI 5 or that I can pay additional 80USD to receive the Pro Model I bought.

First i will say i recived my phone and it is perfect the package was good and the box was perfect same the phone.
The problem was the shipping.
I bought that with a fast shipping with DHL cost 15€, in the web site have some chooses and i get the most fast 3to5 days. But i don't know why the seller decided to ship with SF AIR MAIL that cost 9€ and the estimated time 7to10 days.
Everything was tracked with tracking number but it take 19 days (more than my expectations) to arrive to my home.
I didn't pay any custom fee.

I preordered a Redmi Note 3 Pro with EU fast shipping. Now more than a month passed and they still haven't shipped it. In the meanwhile they are lying they don't have it in stock, while they are shipping it out for other non-preorderers.

Liars.

I've ordered 2 LeTV Le 1s from Spemall with EU Express.
They have sent the shipment within 1 day and it was here after 10 days. The packaging was perfect, I am really satisfied with their services and the flexibility from the site!
Will buy more from them in the future!
