Purchased the Huawei Mate 8 mobile phone from this company. They were great at responding to any queries - within 24 hours. I was sceptical at first after reading some of the reviews but needn't have worried. I received my item within 8 working days with UK in perfect condition. Thank you and would certainly recommend.

it started with them giving me a dhl tracking number, which had no updates online. i contacted dhl and they told me the package was booked but had not been dispatched by seller and this a week after making payment, and as they always say it was in stock to ship immediately.
i contacted spemall and they said sorry and sent out the package after two days.

the worst part is this...

the tempered glass screen protect came broken, & I HAD TO PAY CUSTOMS TAXES OF MORE THAN $180, BECAUSE THEY DECLARED THE GOODS AS A DUMMY TOY!!!!!

Great prices, good delivery times and amazing support.
Ordered a phone from their website and got it blocked at European customs.
Had to send it back to shipper because of lack of CE marking. Support replied to all my email (was surprised after the comments I read on this website) and sent back a new package with an extra gift in it that I received today.

Long story short, I have been impressed! Keep up the great job !

Compré un xiaomi mi3 en una conjunta que entre otras ventajas, incluía garantía de 2 años con un documento que lo certificaba.
Pues el teléfono se ha roto en periodo de garantía, después de mandarlo a china (más de 20€) y 3 semanas de viaje, lleva 7 semanas en reparación, tras mucho insistir que pasa con la reparación, me dicen que hay que cambiar la placa, con un coste de 49usd, no garantizan que la reparación arregle del todo el móvil, pero gustosamente me han ofrecido un descuento de 20USD en la compra de un RedMi Note 3 y me mandan si quiero el mi3 sin arreglar.
Manda narices que no reparen un teléfono en garantía.
NO TE FIES DE SPEMALL, DE UNA FORMA U OTRA TE VAN A ENGAÑAR

I bought LETV X600 with spemall.com, shipment arrived to Poland within 8 days, without any duties! They responded to my questions within a few hours. I highly recommend this shop.

Broke my screen and sent it back to them for repair. That took 3 months. Got it back and it was fixed but got problems with the screen, I believe their gluing was not good because the problem was getting worse and worse. I was clumsy enough to break this same phone again and now Ive been emailing them for a week with no luck.

They cant speak english. I wrote them about 15 times that their firmware update link was not longer valid (the file requested has been taken down from the server) and they have sent me the same link 5 times now which drove me crazy. Then with the huge delay for the screen repair I assumed they would ship it fast-shipping for free but no, never ever again.

Purchased a phone off them at the beginning of June . after 2 months waiting I requested to cancel the order multiple times and was ignored. They then lied about how the phone was sent, after waiting for nearly 2 months more for the phones 'shipping' it turned up - with papers showing it was actually only sent 3 days earlier.. Beware! canceling orders is almost impossible and paypal WILL NOT HELP - sellers can lie, take as long as they like to send products but if they get there in the end that's all they care about..

I did read some review but sometimes you should give peeps to correct them self (Benefit of the Doubt)
So i went on their website and order me a Phone

Did not know about their holidays so i send a mail about my order.
My order was picked up but because of the holidays there was no DHL update for tracing that what they said.
and that was correct.
After she told me to check tomorrow i did see some DHL update for tracing.
All my question were answered even it took 30 min of her time she stays correct and Thruthful.

As a reward i ordered one more Phone

After having me mobile for nearly two months they have give it to me bad repaired and i had to pay te transport from spain to china and back. And they don't give me any solución.

Bought MIZ Z3 phone November 2013, arrived after 3 weeks and lots of chasing. Great phone but the screen developed and issue after 2months. RMA'd the phone paid for recorded signed for delivery. They acknowledged the delivery of the phone emailed me to confirm this.
Long story short, tens of emails of later and now February 2015 I still dont have my phone back. November 2014 they respond saying they will send it back but you guessed it they havent and the response today is that they have no knowledge of my phone at all. Even with the emails from them they are claiming its not their responsibility!!!
here ends the chase for a 248 pound phone and another 50 pound sending the phone back.
Spemall are now ignoring me and not helping in any way.

So be warned, some products are great but the service is the worse i have ever encountered, if you have money to waste or want to lose then go ahead.

I paid for phone and DHL delivery 20 days ago. I've never received my phone, DHL shipping number is fake and they keep lying that they will ship my order soon.
Don't be stupid and buy from there.

I have ordered a wifi router more than one month agoe. I didn't receive yet since then they have been telling lies they even gave a fake tracking number at dhl just to win time.

I claimed my money back few time and got not answer.

Compré en SpeMall.com un teléfono de la marca Xiaomi concretamente el RedMi 1S. A los 20 días la pantalla del teléfono dejo de funcionar, sin recibir ni un solo golpe. Me puse en contacto con el servicio técnico de SpeMall.com y 3 semanas después llevo con ellos 16 correos y dándome largas, esperando a que me canse. Ya solo me queda informar de mi experiencia con estos timadores, ya que no tienen otro nombre, para que no le pase a más gente.

I advise you strongly to buy a product on the SPEMALL site.
The service is a scam. My phone worked one month. returned at my expense to support the warranty, they refuse to refund my fees Trasnport an additional cost and ask me to send me the phone.
The email exchanges are sterile, they always ask the same information to delay deadlines and escape their responsibility to the seller.
Shopping Site to flee, do not buy at the risk of losing money.

Con este comentario pretendo dar a conocer a todos como funcionan los seguros de aduanas de las tiendas chinas en internet. Concretamente, el seguro de aduanas de Spemall.com. Y recomendaros a todos, que no lo contratéis.

Os cuento mi experiencia. El 6/6/14 compré un teléfono móvil en Spemall.com, contraté el seguro de aduanas y, para tenerlo antes, pedí que me lo mandaran por DHL. Pues bien, el resultado final ha sido que, he tardado 38 días en poder recoger el paquete. Y además he tenido que pagar 79,72€ de gastos de aduana, sin que ellos se hagan cargo del coste.

Lo que hacen, en caso de que te lo retengan en la aduana, es obligarte a presentar una factura falsa, por un importe muy inferior. Como si te hubieran reparado el teléfono. Si no lo haces, pues no te cubren los gastos. Pero en la aduana no son tontos, y después te piden los justificantes de pago.

Total, no me han pagado ni un duro. Y además he estado acojonado un mes, pensando en los problemas que esto me podía acarrear con la aduana (Hacienda).

Para presentar facturas falsas, no me hace falta contratar un seguro, eso lo puede hacer cualquiera.

Si alguno queréis, no tengo problemas en mandaros los correos intercambiados con ellos.

I ordered a phone from Spemall.com about a month ago. after i ordered the phone i couldn't find out where i can find tracking for the phone. so i sent an email to them. they told me that the phone wasn't in stock, which it clearly didn't seem to say on the web store. they told me they will ship it next week (4 - 10 days later). they told me that they would give me a little "gift" with my phone. wasn't shipped. they told me they sent it back to the factory for a software update. ughhhhh. waited another whole week. on the next Monday DHL had finaly said shipment picked up. i was really exited that my shipment was DHLs responisibility as they as a lot more trustworthy. this only just happened as i'm writing this review so ill update it once i receive my package

Bought a phone, had extra costs unaccounted for in my Order confirmation AND my receipt, totalling of $114 of unaccounted charges.

They do not ship within 24 hours, after a week and a half inquiring and being ignored they said that my phone was being shipped that day but it did not even ship. I am still waiting for my phone.

Would absolutely NOT recommend this dodgy site to anybody.
