Doesn’t read customer support email
Tried contacting them of delivery address at the time of making an order. No response.
Managed to get ahold of them on the phone the next day after ~20 min in line although #1 in line.
The delivery was already on the way to the address it was not supposed to. Where it will lie unclaimed for days, if not ”taken care of” by some ”kind neighbor” in one way or another, per their text on the delivery site.
My initial email is still unread.
”We have a lot of them” according to the woman in phone customer support.
