Spy Alarms Bewertungen 

Last March we requested a visit from Spy Alarms to programme some fobs for our commercial system. The engineer who arrived tried to YouTube a solution, told us he "hadn't a scoobies" idea of how to resolve the issue and left. Naturally, we challenged the charge for this visit!
Fast forward a year of multiple chasing emails from Spy and explanations from us as to why we would not be paying. Three weeks ago we were finally told that we would receive a credit note and this would not be chased again. Since then I have had two more threatening emails, telling me my account was stopped and my insurance was in jeopardy and that legal action was imminent. Each time I have replied with evidence that this was to be credited.
Last night I received an extremely passive aggressive email where an employee has been passed the account without the emails telling me I hadn't attached proof.
Poor communication within the company.

UPDATE - Following my 1 star original review, Becky from customer care has reviewed the account and the issues over the past 12 months. She has arranged for a credit note to be issued, which we have now received.
It is a shame that the other people that I have been dealing with have not shown the same level of customer care and responsive communication. I trust that this will be reviewed so that another customer does not suffer a similar issue.
I have therefore increased the review to 3 stars to reflect that our account problems have been resolved, albeit a year on.

Phoned up today about a fault and spoke to a lady called Abbie who reassured me that the fault was sorted, The customer service was outstanding n very professional

Called up on behalf of my parents and spoke to a lady called Ellie. She was extremely polite and understanding. Great customer service can understand why my parents use this company

I was in contact with customer care yesterday for some advice about my alarm the lady I spoke to ( abbie ) was more than happy to help me she was polite friendly and very helpful she didn't rush me off of the phone and I felt like she really cared.

Was in touch with fire team and found them to be very helpful and efficient. We were very happy with the level of customer service .
