Cannot fault the team at Roberts Skips. Ordered it on line with the simple ordering system, able to pay on line quickly. Received a receipt immediately and an email informing me of the delivery. The skip arrived in great condition. I rang to enquire as to the cost of adding a mattress, this was quoted and I was able to pay extra for that on line too. The skip was collected on time by a very friendly driver. Have already recommended Roberts Skips to friends. Perfect service.

From the initial contact to the removal of the asbestos, Roberts were 1st class in everything they carried out.
Communications were promptly responded to, and every part of the process was clearly explained and documented. It was very reassuring to deal with a company than genuinely cares for its customers when dealing with such a hazardous material. In our situation, the asbestos was being removed for my elderly mother who has Parkinson's, but the two guys on site carrying out the work were very patient and made every effort to cater for mum's needs during the removal process.
We have no hesitation in recommending Roberts for asbestos removal, many thanks to everyone at Roberts for a brilliant and reliable service.

First experience of having to hire a skip and found Kate, Paula and the team @ Roberts Skip Hire super helpful. They were there to answer all my questions and did exactly what they said. Andy (think that's his name) the skip delivery driver was an expert at siting the skip just where I wanted it. A true master. Fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend them. Thank you.

We have used Roberts on a few occasions when we have been in need of a skip hire. Local to our town, they are friendly, helpful, professional and have given us a good service each time. The drivers are competent and safe in their delivery and retrieval of the loaded skip. We live in an old house with front garden and able to navigate the skip carefully and skilfully over wall and hedges with ease. Would not hesitate to use again.
