I further explained the specific requirements and was recommended the appropriate type of work to be performed. No up-selling, exactly what was required in my specific case. Inspection was performed on the agreed date, and the report was sent to me on the second working day after. The report was concise and well written, with plenty of recommendations and a clear knowledge of the local area.
